Hemisphere offers an active, upbeat environment that engages guests' senses. Chef de Cuisine Jason Moltz's seasonal menus feature hand-crafted dishes that infuse fresh, local ingredients with modern world flavors. Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. A great place to dine or relax before/after your flight or with complimentary valet parking, it's an unexpected but excellent option for Orlando & Lake Nona area residents!

Highly recommend!! We look forward to going again. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food portions were very generous, tasty, and great quality! You won’t be disappointed. We weren’t!!!!

Everyone was great and the restaurant was beautiful - chef Joaquin took special care of my sons dietary requirments and all of the staff was on top of service.

We absolutely loved the experience. Hemisphere is not inexpensive, but the portions are enormous and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and the service was on point! We will definitely be back!

Continues to be a hidden gem in South Orlando. Very pleasant without being the least bit pretentious. Went for our anniversary dinner. Quiet enough that we can have a conversation. There frequently enough that we are recognized. The great experience begins with the valet who is always welcoming and gives great advice on what to order as well as providing “rockstar” parking. Cocktails were nice. Octopus appetizer was the nicest octopus I’ve ever had. Burrata was generous. Dinner, along with the view of airplanes coming and going, was very pleasant.

We eat at Hemisphere every tine we have to fly, as we always stay at the Hyatt the night before we fly. Great food, excellent service, and very convenient to the hotel
