Always great service (today it was Lauren), great food as always. If you never tried the Boston clam chowder soup you must.

Everyone was so accommodating. It was our puppy's first time on a patio and they made him feel at home! They gave him a bowl of water, offered a peanut treat or a pup cup. We opted for the pup cup and he absolutely loved it! Our server was very attentive and made sure we always had a drink in hand and the steak bites wrapped in bacon were so delicious! I think this place will be our go to place for when we want to go out with our puppy. We haven't had any date nights in months so it was a nice evening out with friends and most importantly, our little Murphy! Thanks again for the hospitality. It was a night to remember.

Went to Hemingway's to watch the New Zealand rugby game. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast and bottomless coffee. The upper level was open which made it feel like a patio.

Have been going over 25+ yrs, because it’s a great place to have out with friends or your significant other on the rooftop patio always alive and bubbling with conversation. It’s Kiwi themed menu so we decided to try the curried lamb, very flavourful and spicy, which we loved the amount of heat in this dish. We did start off with the beat and goat salad which we were a little surprised how fresh and tasty the vinaigrette dressing. Not to be missed. Our server Daniel was outstanding, very knowledgeable and so accommodating made for an even enjoyable evening. Well done

We were sat in the outdoor rooftop for brunch and were swarmed by wasps. There was little being done to contain the issue and my niece was stung during brunch. if there’s a known problem and you expect patrons to be impacted.. discuss it, think of solutions don’t just accept the problem and have an ‘oh well’ approach.

The restaurant is great! There were 5 of us, including two young kids. Service was very friendly, with polite, smiling wait staff. The variety of dishes on the menu allowed us to make great choices -- all of us had something different, and it was all delicious! (I really recommend the sweet potato fries as a shared starter.) We ordered one dessert (apple crumble) with 5 spoons because everyone was ALMOST full after the main meal, and I KNOW that the folks brought us a larger-than-normal serving. It was also delicious! And finally, the prices are amazingly reasonable for such an upscale neighbourhood.
