Among the other venues of Manly, we are lucky to live on the iconic peninsula of Manly – A very unique niche for restauranteurs – and to be part of its food and beverage scene. Where the beach life and the city trends are harmonising, we thrive to offer you a French touch cuisine generously supported by the influence of our Australian way of life.

Our products are designed from the span of your everyday life to any wow moment you need to celebrate. Like a good orchestra, the Manly scene needs the most versatile instruments to play her best music in your ears, and this is Hemingway’s part.

Visited on Valentine’s Day , the ambiance was unreal and had lovely touch with the fresh roses for the guests. The food was absolutely gorgeous, most definitely a special occasion place really makes the night special. Staff are lovely and attentive. Will definitely come back !

Wife and I both had the ravioli and it was delicious. Beautiful Sunday afternoon, beach view, friendly service. Well done.

2nd time here and it did not disappoint. The food is amazing - only thing i’d say is that the portion size for a main (and price) was quite small.

We had a wonderful time. It’s definitely a destination venue. I love speaking with the owner and the authentic French vibe.

Steak was very good but the duck was dry and the crème brûlée tasteless. A disappointing evening altogether and quite expensive for what we had.

Great Food, lovely atmosphere. Sea view. French Bistrot run by French people. We went twice, first time had cassoulet second boeuf bourguignon. Foie Gras both visits.

Great spot and great food. Only issue was long wait between courses with not that many guests in the restaurant.
