In order to create the experience, the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink. Clara was our waitress she was very pleasant and remembered to bring out my daughter’s birthday dessert. We had the Wellington which is always good and we tried the Waygu meatballs this time. Very delicious. The only disappointment was the risotto . It seemed under cooked and the lobster was a little on the spongy side. Other than that everything was excellent.

Obviously you can’t go wrong with the place if you’re in the mood for a good steak. Always cooked to perfection. Drinks are delicious. Dessert will put you in a coma. You’ll spend a good penny, but it’s so worth it.

Waiter Anthony took my Oder and never saw him again. Evan was AMAZING.. he was Anthony’s “partner”.. food was luke warm. at best. Another manager yelled to her waitstaff…”I’m not the only manager here, go talk to somebody else!”

I had the lobster risotto appetizer in Las Vegas and loved it. Not so much in this location as I could do without the truffle oil that was added. The beef Wellington we were told would be medium rare, was rare, and at the end of my birthday dinner, which I spent a lot on, we were told that we would have to move from the “experience table” where we were seated (and didn’t request) to move to the bar. I doubt I would visit again.

We were looking forward to trying Hell's Kitchen, we were somewhat disappointed. The restaurant is nice but not real romantic or intimate, it is more cafeteria style then anything. They have a lot of employees, a lot of chefs and waiters, quite a few weren't doing a lot or tried to look busy. I was surprised that they didn't have a lot of choices on the menu, 1 fish choice Salmon, a couple of steak choices, 1 chicken, 1 lamb, that's about it. The food was good just not great or worth the money. We had meatball appetizer, I had salmon. my wife had Filet Mignon, we each had $30.00 glass of wine. For dessert we had chocolate cake, it was all good. Just not worth $305 with tip. I doubt we will go back.

The beef wellington was excellent. However, the braised short rib was dry and not tasty, we ordered the roasted cauliflower, which came out on a hot plate, but the cauliflower was cold. They did fix the cauliflower, and the service was excellent. However, we were left disappointed from the quality of the food.
