Open for dinner and drinks, Hell’s Kitchen is a bustling, large, and breathtaking space with a stunning mix of Hell’s Kitchen experiences, and modern décor. Service was poor. Took 15 minutes just to see a menu, and 30 for us to get a beer and a glass of wine. When our appetizer finally came out, it was cold. We could not flag down our waitress to send it back, until the manager noticed us. Our entree was very good, but for the price the service should be more attentive.

Please just take a photo at the entrance and then walk away. This was such a terrible experience that I actually cried after we left from the overall disappointment.

The Staff was nice. There was a birthday party that took place at the same time we were there and staff was busy with that party near the end of our meal I felt they were busy with the party. I also felt that the Risotto, and Halibut were too salty. I did not complain just drank more water. The beef Wellington was very good. If you have older eyes like myself, you might need a light to read the menu. I think even with the cons it was still a good time to me.

Classic meal with just a bit of flair. Steak, potato puree, brussels and halibut were high quality, but the gratin potato side dish should not even grace a Ramsey menu. It came out cold twice and we didn't have the heart to send it back a third time- it tasted terrible and a store bought boxed variety would have tasted better than that. Celebrated birthdays and they brought out 2 sticky toffee pudding (cakes) with caramel ice cream at end of meal- even though I told them I'm gluten free so I couldn't actually eat the cake. However, the ice cream on top and toffee glaze was fantastic. All together a great dinner, but not as great as expected for the price along with lackluster service. The check-in staff were extremely unprofessional and just blah. Our guide that brought us to the table was bad-acting a scripted speech, no genuine quality to her at all. Bad way to represent a multi Michelin star chef and mogul. Forgot to mention that it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs in the restaurant, but I guess you expect that in Hell's Kitchen.

Blaze us the best waiter we have ever had! We are a family of 4 and he was so attentive and accommodating, he is the reason that we will go back one day! Excellent service, he deserves a raise or another Hell's Kitchen pin at the very least. 🫶

We waited a long time for our table, even though we had a reservation. Food was good. We again waited a long time for our bill and by only a few minutes just made it to our show reservation. Also, our meals were not served at the same time and the second meal was warm, not hot.
