Ambience, food and service was great! The only thing is that they messed up my friend’s order and they added someone else’s food on our tab, and had to reimburse us for it! This has happened both times I have been to this place!

We arrived at the front desk of Hello Betty on the 3rd floor of Canopy with a reservation for brunch, waited, were never greeted by anyone, so we left. Very disappointing.

Food was mediocre, especially when considering the price. My appetizer was brought out at the same time as my main with no explanation. Took a long time to get our drinks despite it not being crowded.

This was our first visit and it was in celebration of a close friend's new job. The staff was friendly from the jump, but the service lacked a little - the staff didn't seem to know which table each order belonged to - it was said that the system for table numbering had gone down which is entirely possible. No fault of their own. I did think that the boat bar on the roof could have been built out better than it is . . . There is ALOT of room for improvement there and I hope that they do improve upon what is currently there. I would love to recommend the patio/boat bar to my boss for affluent client events, but I can't do that as it is now - she would never go for it. It needs a little work. It definitely needs better outdoor string lighting for ambiance in the evening and the boat could be opened up on both sides instead of one, as it is now, for a double bar. $$ cha ching! There is much to be said for great music and ambiance and in the P&R area, as busy as it stays, there is much to gain if you live up to the expectation of the guests that you want to serve. The actual experience should far outweigh the promotion of the space. The food was good, but again, a little underwhelming. I had the crab cake sandwich, which was bread heavy with little flavor. I love crab cakes and am a great cook myself (not by my own recognition), so when I go out and have crab cakes or a crab cake sandwich I want them to, at the very least, be as good as my own. These were nothing special. And the fries were too salty. I'm just being honest. The staff's kindness and hospitality made the entire experience. Had it not been for the staff I would have wanted to leave. The food and the asthetics could use a little work. Please don't consider this a bad review, but just a hopeful suugestion that improvements will be made to bring in more clientele. This place has the " beginnings" of a great restaurant/bar for the area it's in. If they build it out, MORE people will come. Guaranteed!

Service was really bad. We stayed only for one drink. Not worthy again but the design and ambience of restaurant is nice.

Best crab cake I’ve had & presentation was great! Server was wonderful, made me feel comfortable & explained the menu a bit. I was concerned about a male employee who was pacing floor of the dining area, talking to himself. Same route, back & forth. No earphone on, so definitely talking to himself & very creepy! I arrived alone & did not know the area & it was tough to find the restaurant, then to find parking. Eventually found a door to a stair well. Very strange cement stairwell, decorated but still creepy, especially as it was boxed in & I was alone. Came out to a rooftop bar area with chairs too, but nobody around, just a bunch of glass windows that I couldn’t see through. Luckily a couple came up also & weren’t sure where to go until we noticed 2 doors & went in. It was raining though, so had to go across the rainy rooftop to get to the restaurant. Very strange set up! Not normally in the area, but not sure I’d recommend it, just based on the restaurant setup & creepy employee. I did FaceTime with my husband when leaving as I was a little worried!

A definite skip as there are better places in the area. I don't think the restaurant knows what it wants to be when it grows up. Added surprise: a "service fee" on the tab just because.

Food was excellent crab cake was all crab no filler the fries were crispy and not greasy. Burger was huge and perfectly cooked.
