Visiting Portland and picked this place based on good reviews. Don't waste your time making reservations. They attempted to squeeze our party of 6 in a booth. When we asked for a table it over an hour to be seated. We arrived at 7:45 pm for reservations at 8:00 pm. Ridiculous! We were seated at 9:10 pm. Hostess was young and lacked experience and customer service, borderline rude. We stayed because we had already waited so long. You would think hostess would mention it would be an hour to be seated, but nope. The hostess attempted to say it because we changed our reservation from 5 to 6. We reminded her she said it was not a problem when we arrived. The saving grace was our waiter, he was excellent and I have to admit the food was excellent. Critique, this location should not have a reservations option. It appears to be a social hangout and no pressure on parties to move from the tables to honor reservations. As long as spirits are flowing people are having a wonderful tim2. The place has huge potential if managed right.
