    Although this establishment has been around a long time, the clientele is young adults. Menu is limited. Noise level is loud, felt like we were competing for air space. Service was good. But couldn’t wait to leave. For what I paid, I should have stayed home and cooked crab legs. Will not return.

    Loved our time at Helen’s. The food was delicious and our server, Hannah was lovely. Will be adding this spot to our rotation.

    This place has been a favorite of mine for a long , long time! She never disappoints! Great cocktails , Great service , and I love the creative small plates , and Entree options ! The charm and ambiance of Helen’s is one of the best in the fan , Especially during the Holidays , Thanks to Leslie’s creative talents ! My go to ; Martini , The Wedge Salad , Mussels,and The roasted Chicken ! And don’t forget Dessert ! Crème Brûlée! Fabulous!

    Always outstanding! Just can’t say enough about the food, the staff and the owner. And there’s more to Helen’s than delicious food and creative cocktails. Around 10, poof! it becomes a club (granted we’re too old for that 😉).

    Amazing food. Creative chef. My companion and I had a 5:30 reservation. She started with a Dewars on the rocks; I had the LIFE IS GOOD, gin, elderflower and prosecco. Next we had the beet salad and fried green tomatoes. The latter was out of this world. Tomatoes thick cut with a crust very slightly sweet. Yummy! I had the chicken saltimboca; she had the breaded flounder with potato fingerlings. The chicken was excellent. I'd order it again. The flounder was truly remarkable. I couldn't figure out the secret ingredient. I thought it might be cardamom. Had to ask the chef. It was Pernod liqueur. Subtle, not too much licorice, but definitely a flavor sensation that augmented but didn't dominate. My KUDOS to Chef and his staff!

    We were celebrating a birthday. It was such fun. The menu provides such variety that we all could fine wonderful treats. The crime brûlée was wonderful.

    Drinks were excellent & so pretty! Service was fantastic, even with a tiny staff. Food was not impressive. I would totally go back for drinks!

    Food and service were terrific! They have an awesome collection of custom cocktails that we enjoyed sampling as well.

    We hadn't been to Helens for at least 3 years. Very disappointed with the ambience and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It just didn't look clean. And the flies were a real annoyance. When we entered, there was loads of trash littered on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. Not a great first impression. Some of our dishes were either over salted or tasteless. Disappointed with the fried green tomatoes and the Brussel sprouts. Our friends said the burger was tasteless along with the mac and cheese. We will not be returning anytime soon.

    First time at Helen’s and it was wonderful! The fried squash blossoms were amazing and we loved the curry carrots.
