Bad experience at the reception even when I had a reservation, poor food that doesn’t woth their expensive prices. We returned our paella because was completely wet and no taste at all

I’m not sure if this is because I dined here on a Tuesday, but it seemed like the staff needed more training. Received my cocktail after we finished the appetizers, my salmon was overdone, and brocollini had no seasoning. Appetizers were delicious and cocktail was incredible. Would give a 2nd chance maybe for brunch, but otherwise the poor service and misses on meals would lead me to not dine here again and even though the aesthetic and decor is stunning.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat there. Menu looked great, but the service was slow to the point that we left after 45min with no drinks other than water. Maybe they were having a off night; maybe our waitress had too many tables, and was in the weeds, but something was off.

To start off, this place is stunning. You're definitely getting the aesthetic here. But it's not just about that, right? Well, the staff is just simply amazing and tends to your every need. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were divine. I will come back in the future!

This is one of our worst experiences at a restaurant ever. We went for magical dining arrived at 6:20 did not leave for another three hours. The service was extremely slow, we had to continually ask for drinks and for our waiter. We ordered the Moroccan lamb and while it was tender, it had no flavor. Our mashed potatoes were served cold. And you could tell the desserts were pre-frozen. Overall, not worth the money.
