The service was terrific and the decor / vibes are lovely, however, I was a bit let down with the food. My pasta was very overcooked and the plating was clumpy, making it hard to eat. The guanciale was rendered inconsistently and some pieces were very fatty and some were crispy. The flavor was okay and it had a nice kick, but I had higher hopes. The crème brûlée was undercooked and unevenly set with no bruleed topping and the berry mixture was wet. Prices are reasonable, all things considered. I would try it again, but not rushing back. Some more attention to detail with the food and this place would be a very high rating! The space is beautiful inside.

First time at Heirloom and really enjoyed it. The ambience is definitely old time speakeasy, dark and cool. Service was very good and waiter was attentive. The food was quite good, the mussels very tasty with a delicious broth. The pastas were good, portions decent for the price. The mains are quite expensive and since I found the small plate and pasta more than enough, I am unable to comment on them. It’s a very adult atmosphere and I look forward to returning.

Great service. Sarah had an awesome energy that we appreciated and enjoyed. She gave great recommendations and was very attentive. Not my first time at heirloom but my guest throughly enjoyed the experience. Will return.

So I don’t get the concept of the separate dinning room “heirloom”, if it is to experience the same as the bar “the open road” which is casual. The food is overpriced and poorly prepared. The service not impressive The ambience does not match the expectations “loud pop music” dark rooms claustrophobic to say the least, there is nothing elegant or sophisticated for something that is supposed different than the front room restaurant/bar. I will just continue to go to the open road instead which the food is even better.

I love this place! It was my 2nd time dining there and it will not be my last. The ambiance is very sleek, mouth watering food presented in stylish presentation. The service was wonderful.

The sea bass was absolutely amazing! One of the best meals we’ve ever had. We will be returning to have it again and try out other menu options. My only complaints were the noise level and no ice in the water. That said, our server brought us ice on request.

Terrific food, service seems a little unprepared for a busy Saturday night, we had to wait quite a while after we were seated before anyone came to the table.
