Spend a few hours with us to learn how to make the perfect beef Wellington, from the tenderest chateaubriand to the crispiest golden pastry. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival, followed by masterclass tuition and kitchen interaction. On completion, indulge in a 3 course sharing menu, featuring your culinary creation as the main course, for each masterclass guest.

Shake and stir a selection of cocktails with a hands-on mixology masterclass at Heddon Street Kitchen. Imagine having your own signature cocktail to wow friends and family. During the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a house cocktail on arrival followed by learning how to master a classic cocktail then a bespoke cocktail of your own - delicious results assured, no matter the spirit, style or taste preferences! On the way, you’ll pick up a bit of cocktail history and develop your knowledge of the fascinating world of spirits. It’s all complimented with a fabulous platter of snacks to share.
