We had reservations for 8:30, we’re sat around 8:45. No problem, restaurant was busy and we were offered to sit in the lounge area and have a drink. Appetizer waygu meatballs were delicious, dinner was good. Had the chicken curry and sirloin steak.

Beautiful place service was good but they forgot my coffee little expensive but the cheese cake was to die for

We were moved tables for dinner, at request, due to being seating next to a table of 4 under 10s - glasses etc were dropped and smashed, they were all on ipads. The gents toilets were flooded. As expected the food was good - but surprised Ramsey put his name on this level of overall experience, no longer good value for money.

We went for lunch to celebrate a birthday and this restaurant is 10/10. We have wanted to try a Gordon Ramsay restaurant for so long now and we weren't disappointed. Food was very delicious and was a very affordable price. Anna our waitress was so lovely and accomodating as well as everyone else that worked there. 5 stars and we can't wait to go back to visit! Thank you for making my boyfriend's birthday an awesome day. We found our new favourite restaurant in London!

The lighting and menu presentation made the menu difficult to read. The server was great. The Fish and Chips that came with the 3 course selected meal was cooked great, light and flaky but lacked flavor. The sticky toffee pudding was nothing like his Hells Kitchen Vegas either. The Vegas version was excellent this version was not. Overall it was still a great experience maybe I was just expecting more as I was comparing to his Las Vegas Hells Kitchen!

We had an awesome dinner in Heddon Street Kitchen. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant and Krisztian - our waiter - provided excellent customer service

Three out of the four dishes we ordered needed more flavor. There was no salt or pepper in the table which could have helped. The hamburger was good. The desserts were sensational, as well as the appetizers.

Most of the food was good, but the mac and cheese didn’t taste good. The kids enjoyed ordering ice cream upstairs. We found the kids eat free offer misleading as wasn’t available to us as despite ordering adult meals this offer didn’t apply. Check the small print very carefully if you go here.
