Our server, Sophie, made our usually fine experience even better. She mentioned one of the specials, a teriyaki burger, which my husband recognized from another Hecks, from long ago. When the burger arrived he said it was “delicious”! My regular burger was delicious, as usual.

I was so glad to see Heck’s on the Eastside but my dinner was so disappointing. The Cesar Chicken Burger was dry and flavorless. The pretzel bun was cold and seemed stale and was wet on the bottom from pooling on the plate. That said, the truffle fries were crispy and tasty, and my mocktail was great. My husband had a burger that he liked but when I tasted it I thought it was not juicy and the bun seemed stale. We will probably go back and try it again but…

The food in the service is always great. We lie I love the french fries but the burgers are great too great experience.
