Went to Heavens Kitchen after recommendations from family and it didn't disappoint. We had Nachos to share which was more than enough and the had the HK Block. The steaks were perfectly cooked and hardly any fat on the rump. All was helped by the Friday 241 cocktails too! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely will be going back.

Busy Father’s Day so service not quite as good as usual. Roast beef dinner good but Yorkshire puddings seemed as if they’d been hanging around a while. Overall, enjoyable but not up to usual standard expected at Heaven’s Kitchen.

It’s a real shame but the service just was not there. First drinks order took a while to come and then was missing two drinks. When the food came our two children’s food didn’t come and it was 5-10 minutes till they received theirs which came out scolding hot so they couldn’t eat it for some time which meant they weren’t eating with the rest of the family and were starving. The children’s ice cream then took over ages to come out and getting the bill was almost impossible. It doesn’t take much to be attentive to your customers and regularly check in to see if they’re ok and need anything, you don’t even have to ask just make sure you’re looking over and walking past so that you’re available to get if needed. The food was very average, the roast dinners weren’t very hot, roast potatoes were massive and more like boiled potatoes, Yorkshire puddings were tough and meat was dry. I was shocked that the children’s food was £10 for a VERY small portion of pasta and 2 small scoops of ice cream. I don’t think it takes much to fix the problems but unfortunately this isn’t the first time it’s been like this and we’ve been on many different days and times.

Our first visit and it wont be our last, walked in to a warm reception and seated straight away. The service was excellent and not rushed, our drinks order taken and swiftly brought to the table. We ordered our food and yet again no huge wait, the food arrived and what a feast. We both had steak, my wife had a med/rare fillet and mine was a med ribeye. We had sides of mixed greens, onion rings and cheese mushrooms. I can honestly say that we both feel they were the best steaks we have ever had, cooked to perfection, the rest of the food was also excellent and the evening, along with the food was perfect. I would highly recommend any steak lover to give it a try, especially on the 2 for 1 Tuesdays. I would give an A*+

The service was great. The restaurant was empty but it was on a Monday. The food was good, but the starters’ portions (calamari and pork belly bites) were a bit on the “left overs” size.
