My second time at the Heavens Kitchen in Alton. Sunday roast platter was filling and perfect 👌 Service was impeccable, thank you Mijena 🙂 Dinner last night, especially the steak, DELICIOUS 🤤

What can I say, another visit to heavens kitchen and again, another outstanding evening. Top quality food, top quality service. Just an amazing place to visit.

Dined in the restaurant last night with friends as a table of 4, and whilst the quality of the food was excellent, unfortunately the service was remarkably slow. It was approximately 90mins from arrival to receiving our food. Please note we only ordered mains. I would understand if the restaurant was particularly busy, but this was not the case. We were served by 3 different members of stay, which seemed a little overkill, especially as mentioned the overall service was particularly slow. On receiving the bill, we asked for the discretionary 12% service charge to be removed, which they did, but with a scowl. Great food, but sadly would not be in a rush back.

I visited on a Tuesday evening and it was very busy. The quality of the food was good but the service suffered because it was busy. If you’re looking for a quieter, more intimate meal, I would choose a different evening.

We had a lovely evening on Tuesday 18th June. Our waitress Minena Dedej was outstanding. She advised us on the food and the wine. She warm and friendly which made the occasion perfect. Thank you Mijena!

Visit number 4 to heavens kitchen and as always it was outstanding. From the moment we walked in the restaurant to the moment we walked out. The young lady that served us was friendly, polite, and seemed to have a permanent smile on her face. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was top quality. As yet, in all the times I have been to heavens kitchen, I am still yet to find anything to complain about. Fantastic place to eat.
