   A wonderful birthday celebration. We were a party of six with a few dietary restrictions. The service we received was beyond exceptional! The food was amazing! Thanks for a special evening!

   The food was excellent and we got to try the lavender cheesecake which was amazing. Amazing service also every time we go.

   The service was fine. Pricey for the quality of the meal which was disappointing. They served up seasoned (processed) chicken breast as opposed to that which is not. Maybe they think people don’t know?? The texture to the bite is almost gelatinous. That’s just unacceptable on so many levels, sorry. When that chicken breast was served along side my wife’s Caesar salad I could tell immediately on appearance that it was processed chicken. If I am wrong in my assessment (having eaten both forms of chicken breast - seasoned vs not then I do truly apologize for my comment). However, if I’m right then it’s time for the restaurant to correct this issue. The small profit made by purchasing the less expensive seasoned chicken will cost you patronage.

   BEST PLACE EVER !! our waiter Sandor was absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding as always and I would highly recommend going here and will be back soon.

   As always our meal was excellent as was the service. Heartland is our favourite restaurant and we don't think twice about driving from Calgary for a meal. The salted caramel cheesecake could not have been tastier!
