WOW! I was blown away by the SUPERB service given by the staff at Hearsay. The food was extremely well prepared and absolutely delicious. We were greeted by the manger and even the owner himself came by to ask about our meal. We can not wait to go back to this extremely opulent top secret restaurant!

Visiting Dallas for my Birthday , I made my reservation 6 weeks in advance. I love LIVE BANDS, LIVE MUSIC what ever you call it. My rerservation was for 6p.m, I arrived on time and got there to find out that the BAND has cancelled . I personally feel that an employee of Hearsay should have called EVERY PERSON THAT HAD A RESERVATION to give us an opportunity to find somewhere else. The manager did buy us a round of drinks after me having to explain to him over and over on how I felt. Im not sure what time the one person band actually cancellled, only he knows that answer. I would recommend to anyone that is going SPECIFICALLY TO LISTEN TO LIVE MUSIC is to call the day of, right before you walk out the door to head there..... Its not their fault I flew into town to celebrate my birthday, its not their fault the band canceled, Im more disappointed that the manager didnt feel that those of us that made reservations should have been notified. Hell, he could've did it himself.

My husband and I selected Hearsay to celebrate our anniversary with 8 friends. We walked in and there was a total of 7 people dining. It was completely quiet no background music. I knew the live entertainment wouldn’t be there that day but for no music to be playing was weird so I asked about it and they turned the music on. My reservations were for 8:15 pm we were all ready to eat so we ordered as soon as we sat down. The 7 people that were already there were eating already but we didn’t get our food until 9:30. They didn’t have what my husband and I wanted to eat so we settled for something else. We had to get up every time we wanted another cocktail and get it from the bar. The music was turned off again so my friend asked about it. This experience left us all feeling disappointed and as if we were not there. The lack of people left the staff to operate as if we were not there and they didn’t care about giving us the ambiance or service we should have received BUT of course we are expected to pay full price as if we received the ambiance and service. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I drug my friends out on a week day for this kind of service.

Would NEVER go again. Manager is rude, (black guy with glasses) food is mediocre. Had a party of 10 and no one enjoyed the food. They need more staff. Waiting over an hour + for food. Lamb chops and ok, fish bland and doesn’t taste like real catfish. Everything was mostly bland. You would think food would be immaculate at this place since it so nice. Now, the drinks are good. Everyone loved their drinks. Waited 30 mins + to order drinks. White male bartender raised his voice at my guest because they’re tried to order a drink from the bar as we were headed to the cigar lounge area. “ You need to order your drinks from your table” and he refused to serve them. They only wanted drinks otw out of the door since it was so hard to find our waiter the entire time dining. We were there to support this establishment and promote it on numerous platforms due to high profile content creators being with us. Only good thing going at this place is the ambience, mainly due to the entertainment. The band is insanely good! Keep in mind it’ll be extremely loud but manageable. The place itself has great decor and very stylist. If they can hire new management and hire more courteous staff it would really POP and be TOP tier!!!

We were a group of 6. 1 of 2 tables in the entire restaurant. We had a birthday reservation for 7pm. Food did not arrive until 8:42pm and it was LUKEWARM TO COLD! The staff had no idea how to resolve and we were asked to take home to warm up if we did not want a remake. After almost 2 hours??? No. Then we were ASKED if we wanted to any for just our drinks….um yes. We have no food. A birthday dinner gone wrong on a Wednesday night. No excuses

I walked in to go up the elevator and enter the restaurant the scenery is very demure. I walk to where the service are supposed to be know one is there the bartender seats me. With no menu( I had to ask the bus boy for a menu) and no water I politely waited for a waiter for 10 mins no one came to wait on my order checked on me. Look and called a waiter no one came to check on me so I left. Unsatisfied and it was my 1st time coming to this restaurant.

The restaurant is so beautiful inside. The food was good, service was excellent. The catfish was REAL. Cocktails were delicious. The view from the cigar patio was nice, you overlook Choctaw stadium, home of the Arlington Renegades.

My friends and I went to Hearsay on a Friday night. The band that played was awesome! The decor inside of the restaurant was made of beautiful, velvet material from the Great Gatsby style era. The customer service was very professional. I ordered lamb chops for dinner, which were delicious, however, my sides, not so much. Lastly, the restaurant offers a humidor and a cigar patio that over looks the baseball park. The views are very nice. I will definitely return.

First what we found odd is we had a hard time adjusting our reservations for 2 at 7 to 4 at six and there was several empty tables when we got there. The food also took quite some time to be brought out after ordering. (About an hour) Now the good, the food was tasty, our server Bree (Brianna) was fantastic. The atmosphere in this place is amazing. The band plan on August 17 was great. over good experience, although the food is a bit pricey. Will definitely return. You should also try out our cigar lounge with a view of the field.

The service was good but the food was very expensive and not good. We had to send back the entree as it was overcooked and way too salty. This is not our first time with bad food here and it seems to get worse over time.
