Made reservations and still had to wait outside in the heat in line. Not sure what’s the point of a reservation. Also beware of a “service charge” they add to the receipt. We only got a bowl of soup, a salad and water. And the waitress came to us without a receipt and said it was $69. We asked for a detail receipt and they add a service charge. The food was good but definitely not worth $69. Definitely won’t be going back

We made reservations and still had to wait outside, while the sun was scorching hot! What is the purpose of a reservation? I think the restaurant needs more servers. We waited a while before we received our beverages and we were thirsty from being outside. The food was okay, except for the grits being almost cold. For the price of the food…. It’s not worth the value. Someone ordered shrimp & grits and they only put 6 shrimp on the plate and they were small to medium size. The fish was two half pieces of fish ( they were cut in half from a whole piece)… I wanted to support, so I did. I can say that the live music was AMAZING!! Hats off to them.

We had a great meal and great drinks while we listen to an amazing band! Our server was the best!

My second time coming here and each time the service has been great! It’s always live music and the food is served hot and well seasoned! Our waitress Ms. Ty was sweet , she kept checking on us and made made sure my 9year old son’s food came out first! Reservations are highly recommended!!

The food and service were below mediocre at best, along with the watered-down overpriced drinks. A handheld card reader is used at the table to pay your bill. I swiped my card (while the server stood over me waiting) and selected the recommended 20% tip which was $75. After she left, I noticed on the receipt that a 20% "service charge" was already added to the bill prior to tipping, which was my fault for not looking. I told my server that I was unaware that gratuity was already added, and she tells me..."That is not a tip, it's a service charge added to every bill for everyone on the floor to split" then walks away. So, we paid an additional 40% in gratuities on a $385.00 bill. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

The cocktails were creative and perfectly crafted, adding to the overall experience. The the staff were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The ambiance was perfect for a celebration, with just the right balance of energy and intimacy. Overall, Headquarters exceeded my expectations in every way. It was the perfect venue for such a special occasion, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to make their evnt memorable!
