Overpriced based on quality and the food was barely warm. Our poor server had to wait tables and also work the bar/make her own drinks. She was the highlight of the experience in addition to the other servers who were all super sweet. We were also charged an entertainment fee but not told so prior to dining.

The waitress did not provide us with an itemized check, she told me my total and swiped my card and gave me the machine to leave an extra tip after she already included 20%. If it is your restaurant policy to autograt , I think you should let your customers know ahead of time.

They were out of a few things when we tried to order them. The spinach dip only came with 5 small pieces of French bread. It was not enough and we asked if we could have a little bit more because there was still a lot of spinach dip left. They said it wb extra $5. We thought that was wrong. Also charged money for some honey mustard for the shrimp so I felt like nickel and diming you. You pay at the table and it shows a total but not the breakdown until after you pay so you could definitely miss that they charge 20% automatically. Location is close to the Superdome which is convenient.

Our server charged our credit card more than $400 when our bill total for 2 kids 2 parents when our total according to the menu was less than $150… we were refused a receipt or bill by our server. When we persisted about a receipt at least she took our phone number and said we would receive an e-receipt, but we never received it. The food was ok. The service poor. We never received part of our order.

Awesome!! Food could have been hotter. was warm when it came out. Flavors did not disappoint. Bartender took too long on drinks. Mimosa tower cones with a show. Waitress seemed more like bottle girls than wait staff. You will pay an entertainment fee($5 per person). I didn’t mind since the band was entertaining. Overall I would give my visit a 4 out of 5. The food really was spectacular.

Got the redfish, was great! The music was a little too loud, having to scream to have a conversation was kinda unnecessary. Music was great though, don’t get me wrong just didn’t need to be too loud to have to scream to have a conversation. All the hidden charges were what got me. It was a great place for the vibes but all the fees were kind of a slap in the face.

Lots of hidden fees. Even with a reservation for a party of 10, they weren’t ready for us at arrival. Food was just okay.

My friend and I visited this place on a Friday night and had the chance to watch the band. The ambiance and food were great, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the volume of the band; it was probably too loud because the band was too close to our table, making it difficult to hear each other. However, if you just want to enjoy the music, it’s not a problem. Overall, the place was great!

I did not appreciate it when I told my server that the gumbo was salty. She said that she would speak with the manager to remove it. And I was charged for it. Did not like the $28 tip included in the bill for the entire crew and required to tip my server separately. The hamburger was dry. The atmosphere was very good 👍🏾. And I didn't know I was being charged for the band. So $190 for a bowl of salty gumbo, a salad 🥗 which was delicious, and a dry hamburger and fries. And 3 mixed drinks was not worth it.
