Normally the place is great. I ordered a filet med well and it was to rare. I sent it back and they forgot about my meal. My husband finished his meal. When they returned my meal had it to go. The next day I ate it at least tried to it was grizzly. Normally a good place but not for a filet

First time visiting for dinner with a friend. Good food, great cocktails. But noisy for conversation, but it was a Saturday night, so not a shocker. Server was delightful! Will be back!

Birthday celebration. Waitress was exceptional. We were there over 2 hrs and our wsitress was attentive the rntire time. The food was excellent! Going back this week for another celebration.

We love Hazeleood! Highly recommend. Really good mocktails, food and dessert.

Very poor service. Waitress asked what we’d we answered a menu. We asked her to bring us a soft drink, which she did. She asked if we were ready to order. We said we’d like a Caesar salad side and give us a few minutes. We then gave her our order. Our side salad came in an hour later I stopped her as she was going past us and asked how long before our meal will be with us. She said she would check around the corner. someone brought her food. This time we had sat for one hour, waiting for our dinner when it arrived. It was totally wrong for me as she left it at the table. I waited for her to return to see if everything was OK. Eventually, she came by. I told her it was not at all the way it should’ve been prepared. She took the plate and then the person on duty as manager came over and apologized and said can I get you a menu and you can select something else by this time? My husband was half finished with his meal and I said no thank you I’ll be fine pro to say, would you like a bowl of soup? My order was a beef tenderloin, very dysfunctional restaurant overwhelmed by people, poor service and horrible food. They came into the area approximately a year or so ago and at that time, it seemed to be very well organized and good food unfortunately it has not been good this past year as I’ve had fish that was not cooked fully twice other meals of different types not very well prepared also but this was the end for me. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and when I sat there and watch my husband eat his meal and I just had a soft drink that was it for me management poor food.
