The Hazel Pear is a charming, traditional pub situated in the picturesque Cheshire village of Acton Bridge, just a short drive from Northwich. We pride ourselves on creating an experience that offers you a warm and inviting environment with a friendly team whose only aim is to make you feel at home. Here you can enjoy delicious food, a great selection of drinks and the warmest of welcomes. Well behaved dogs are even welcome in the bar area! Everything a real village pub should be. Our go to place for a guaranteed great meal. Staff are friendly and make us feel welcome and attentive. Food is excellent every time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

4 different meals, steak and ale pie with mash, rump steak, gammon and fish and chips. All meals were fresh, hot and beautiful, staff were lovely and so kind, even offered to help move my dad into his wheelchair. Pub is so pretty and cozy. Loved everything about it.

Lovely country pub with great ambiance. Friendly, efficient staff. Sunday roast was absolutely delicious. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous Sunday roast in a lovely Country Pub. Staff were lovely, excellent value for money too

Over cooked veg, sautéed potatoes were out of the freezer, like balls of hash brown, vegetarian suet pudding filling was salty and blimey. Lovely decor. Staff unwelcoming. Such a shame as a lovely little pub.

Lovely warm welcome - attentive staff (but not overly). Good food selection - very tasty. Served within a reasonable timescale. Pudding was excellent too. Will return.

Lovely pub. Food was really good. I had the Vietnamese Curry. Hubby had the pie, he said it was the best pastry he's had. The young lady waiting on was brilliant. She was taking orders serving food and drink and clearing on her own until more staff arrived. Very efficient
