HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails. Had a great birthday brunch! Everything was yummy and beautifully plated. We tried the pastrami hash, steak salad, chicken fried chicken biscuit, chicken and waffles, and berry French toast. We all had clean plates! They even brought complimentary bread pudding for my birthday dessert. Always a win.

Had a great time at brunch with my friend, our server was great and so was the food. Good place to catch up with friends and family. I recommend the prickly pear mimosa, and barbacoa chilaquiles!

This is not Houston. Visiting Dallas for the weekend, I was excited to invite a friend to dinner so they could experience the HAYWIRE hospitality and atmosphere that I’m used to in the Houston location. Haywire at Legacy West is not even close. Everything feels rushed, impersonal and regrettable. From the space being too crowded, the atmosphere so loud you had to yell to the others in your party just to have a conversation and the servers being overwhelmed, this made for an evening I would rather forget. The annoying part of this evening wasn’t even due to the actions of the team members on site at the time, it was poor planning of the restaurant space over all. I was embarrassed that I had hyped the brand up so much to my friends. I’m excited to have them visit Houston and experience the Haywire location we’re all in love with but can guarantee I would never give a positive recommendation to this location unless something is done to change it.

We went for a birthday celebration. Once seated by the host our waiter came by once to take a drink order, we don’t drink. Our waiter seemed annoyed that we weren’t ready to order anything yet (even non alcoholic drinks) and left. He came back a while later and asked for our order. We would have loved other drinks but just went ahead and placed our food orders. We didn’t see our waiter once during the meal. As for dessert or an acknowledgment for the birthday, there was none. It wasn’t a fun place to celebrate an occasion. But, we didn’t see our like the food.

Wonderful time! We love Haywire. The food is always great and it’s perfect for celebrations. We had a last minute change to our reservation and they were able to accommodate it. Collin, our server, was the absolute best! Very personable. Got every order right and even handled a last minute order for a really late family member. 😊 We will definitely be back!

Service and food great. Wine great. Had to send steak back yet the server noticed it before we had to say anything. And pecan pie was rock cold and the server took care of that too. Manager visited our table to apologize and dessert was on the house. We will definitely go back and the minor mishaps are just that: minor. Still an overall favorable experience.
