Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys. Haywire delivers a true Texas experience through an innovative farm-to-fork menu complete with vendor partners representing every corner of the state. Guests are encouraged to take a journey through Haywire’s curated menu of locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. Food was amazing second time we dined in a day. Service was very slow, we got our appetizers before we got our bar drinks.

Excellent service, Patrick was very attentive all the time, he gave us great suggestions on food to try. The place is pretty and the food is really good.

Brunch experience was extremely sub par… very dissatisfied and disappointed because I’ve been here for dinner and really enjoyed the experience, food and service. My waitress was kind until I let her know my egg whites were burned and id like them replaced… I received the same exact burnt egg whites this time with a bit of an attitude… I won’t be returning

My second time there the first time was a horrible experience. Food was good, but the service was horrible. This time. The service was much better. The food was good although I had to send back my plate because it wasn’t done right but all in all the good experience.

This was our first time at the Haywire. There are two floors. The first one is the calmer and more private one, the second floor is a little more casual. We really love the interior design. It's something Houston was missing We love the food. We loved the Whiskey - smoked, so good. The only critics: The cucumber salad is not really a cucumber salad. It comes with tomatoes, capers, onions, olives. That's not a cucumber salad but something mediterranean. Anyway, we'll come back.
