Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys. Haywire delivers a true Texas experience through an innovative farm-to-fork menu complete with vendor partners representing every corner of the state. Guests are encouraged to take a journey through Haywire’s curated menu of locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. Ambience and speed of service were great. The food was delicious, however the fish was a little overcooked. Steak was well cooked and very flavorful. Cocktails were good but more variety to the menu would be appreciated. Overall we had a great experience and I will definitely be back.

First and foremost I want to acknowledge my server Carl, he made me and my wife’s first time experience amazing. Checked on us in a timely manor, our cups were never half full and we even were able to express some humor while dining lol always like a good laugh. He was great! Now for the food, Amazing! Every single bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef. Onion rings Low and slow chicken Chicken fried chicken Broccolini Corn bread Sides 10/10 everything! Thank you haywire!

Drinks took a while to get and ordering bottle of wine upstairs and server having to run downstairs was not efficient

The food and the service were both great. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, but not too loud. The menu has a great variety of food types. Everything on the menu looked great-I had a hard time picking out what i wanted to order. We will definitely be back to try something new next time.
