Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys. Haywire delivers a true Texas experience through an innovative farm-to-fork menu complete with vendor partners representing every corner of the state. Guests are encouraged to take a journey through Haywire’s curated menu of locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. The ambiance is fantastic & the food just average. Underwhelming considering all the recent hype. Tallow fries came out lukewarm on both orders. Not much flavor. Filet mignon was average in flavor and quality of preparation. Kids Mac and cheese had zero flavor. The desserts were fantastic! Service was extremely slow on a Sunday evening with restaurant less than half full. Unfortunately we will not return.

We tried Haywire for brunch at a friend’s recommendation; unfortunately, our experience was less enjoyable than expected. Our server Renée’s friendliness, attention, and service were excellent. My wife’s Crabcake Benedict was quite disappointing - the crab cakes were cold, and the poached eggs were overcooked. My Ranch Hand Breakfast was just okay; the thick cut bacon was chewy rather than crunchy or crispy, and the scrambled eggs were not cooked properly, as the cheese was not fully melted. Thankfully, the cocktails (espresso martini and Haywire Old Fashioned) were outstanding - actually the best part of the brunch. We’re willing to give Haywire another chance for lunch or dinner; hopefully the food at our next visit will be more satisfactory.

Amazing experience! Food was great! Service outstanding. Not sure what happened, restaurant ran out of take home boxes, we had to leave half of our food. This was unfortunate due to the waste of food and us having brunch on Saturday before 12, restaurant should be fully stocked.

Fantastic every time! Excellent food, atmosphere and service. It is hard not to order the chicken fried steak every time because it is pure perfection, but I can also vouch that the steaks and meatloaf are amazing! Our waiter Tony was really great! And he rocked those cowboy duds like he’d worn them every day of his life! Our new favorite restaurant!

Ate in the first floor dining room for the first time. It was beautiful and the food excellent, also had my first Black Manhattan.
