When we arrived we were intensly searched - the place was derelict and earie, I had to search for staff to see where I was meant to be seated. There was no vegan options, the food was greasy and tasteless, everything was overpriced and I would have left to get some decent food if I hadn't been made to pay £40 to hold the table which was unnecessary considering we were the only ones there when we arrived! Cocktails were good and the women working there were lovely and helpful. The aesthetic was good but lacked attention to detail (christmas decorations left in dusty looking palm tree and bits of wall decor hanging off) and has been left unfinished. Definite room for improvement, could be a nice spot when finished and polished.

I booked a table for 3 and paid £60 and the waiter refused to deduct this amount from my total bill and I wonder what the £60 was for, please can you kindly request for a refund of my |£60?

Security are extremely aggressive and hostile, staff are rude and stressed, would not recommend.

We had so much fun, a very nice place to cool off at night. We are visiting soon. Everything was perfect for us.

The outside of the restaurant is a dump. There was big industrial bins right at the entrances. Going in the front looked liked a building site and then when we got in despite booking the restaurant, I was given the garden lounge. The seats here had cigarette burns and looked tacky. Staff were just seated doing nothing. I was finally allowed into the restaurant which was slightly better. The DJ was the highlight of the day. The food when it came was burnt so all in all, a really horrible outing. Looks nothing like what I saw on instagram.

Atmosphere was nice and had potential however I was very disappointed with our night. We were sat under a huge speaker which was so loud and could not hear eachother talk. We were told we couldn’t move as no other tables were free despite a table behind us being free from the moment we came til we left (over 4 hours) and that they would not turn down the music even slightly due to a birthday party at the other end of the room. Not ideal considering we were there to have dinner and drinks for a birthday ourselves. Our food order came incorrect three times despite us waiting almost 50 minutes it, with one person not eating till almost an hour and a half after we had placed our initial order. For the price of everything I’d expect the service to be a lot better as I waited almost 25 minutes for a £5 glass of pineapple juice and would regularly have to walk over to waiters to get their attention and order drinks. I will not be returning to Hayatt I found it an extremely disappointing evening.

Had a booking for 3 people at 6pm however Hayatt did not open until 7pm so we was waiting for a whole hour.

The DJ was great and played a wide range of music, from old school rnb to Afrobeats. Everything else about the establishment was mid. The entrance of the bar transported me to Oshodi market. Despite Hyatt lounge's ability to capture the essence of Nigerian-ness in some aspects (e.g. the rough and unkempt entrance and the poor customer service), the Nigerian food options were notably un-Nigerian. The asun was not asun. The plantain was not sweet. The creme de la creme was the waiting staff who demonstrated unwavering commitment to delivering a truly Nigerian experience of customer service, stopping short or refusing to serve my table. We had to beg for someone to take our order as every waiter/server's phrase of the night seemed to be "I'm not your server". (This was contrasted with a friendly and professional server who greeted when we entered the bar). Suffice to say, we didn't think the £100 entry fee for the "VIP" area would be a worthwhile investment.

Arrived at the allocated time slot for my reservation at 23:30PM was then put in a queue that didn't move as they continuously allowed friends to come inside. I was waiting there until 2AM before leaving. People were paying off the security right infront of us. The establishment is a joke and this is a complete scam. No way to contact opentable to let them know we couldn't enter and no reply to my email to hayatt team. DO NOT BOOK WITH A DEPOSIT AS YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE SCAMMED. I am still waiting on a refund and will be contacting trading standards/my bank.
