Standout dishes include Chef McKinlay's Wild Mushroom Pithivier accompanied by sweetbreads, braised trotter, cauliflower, and Chef Hawksworth's West Coast Mussels with halibut mousseline, farm spinach, velouté. This one-night-only event celebrates the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, showcasing contemporary Canadian cuisine. *Optional wine pairings available. *We politely decline requests to modify the hawksworth x mckinlay tasting menu.

Exceptional. Bertram not only looked after us but anticipated every need with help from the wine steward, bartenders and additional staff. Beautiful ambience, and an energized room. Made for a great anniversary celebration

Our second visit to this smart restaurant. Excellent in all departments, as before. We were on the bar area which was less formal but equally smart and the food remained brilliant

Enjoyed our anniversary dinner with family. Both the seafood tower and the tasting menu was a very good value and delicious and paired well with 2007 Brunello and Cakebread Chardonnay. Our host Asia and somalier Alex were both wonderful and seasoned pros, and provided us with top-notch service. The pace throughout the dinner was just spot on. Looking forward to our next evening at Hawksworth Restaurant,

The service was excellent!! Kayla and Antoine were very knowledgeable and friendly! The food was delicious and the wine pairings were spot on.

Sorry but cannot award the five stars as we all felt the fish and meat portions were rather on the small side which in turn took away from what would otherwise have been a great meal.

We enjoyed the chef’s tasting with the wine pairing. The wines were expertly selected and accentuated each course. This meal was a highlight of our trip.
