The food was exceptional and the service was to notch. Our favourite steak restaurant in Liverpool now. The steaks were perfect and the service was fantastic.

Excellent ambience - attentive and helpful staff and service - not rushed when finished meal - well cooked and prepared food - good choice of drinks - just a little pricy as each component part of the meal is individually priced

First time visiting Hawksmoor Liverpool after several visits to Hawksmoor London restaurants and Manchester, excellent service and food as always, never have been disappointed once. Took my mum, dad and girlfriend for the first time and they all thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to go back.

If you have GF dietary requirements then don’t go to Hawksmoor. As with so many restaurants you’re told yes we provide GF options, but that just means you can have about 50% of choices - even the basic prawn cocktail has bread in the sauce! No yorkshire pudding but you can have extra cabbage or roast potatoes- great thank you! The roast then was beef, different gravy with no bone marrow. Carrots. Cabbage and the most exciting item a roast garlic globe. Can’t have the cauliflower cheese. No desserts - you can have sorbet not even ice cream. Terrible. What century are they operating in? The restaurant was very busy so I’m sure my review won’t have much impact on their current commercial model. But we were not alone in feeling very second class. The woman on the table next to us was coeliac so she was also unimpressed. So disappointing. It’s so easy to make GF food and if they say they cater for GF then do that! Actually cater for this health need rather than just take things off the dish and the menu. I loved Hawksmoor when living in London but I know they’re no longer owned by the same people. My love affair with this restaurant name has ended abruptly. Sadly.

Had a roast dinner this afternoon, it was absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing as always, and the food was amazing, lots of flavours and all cooked to perfection!

Amazing experience celebrating our anniversary at Hawksmoor. The service was incredible and everyone made us feel very welcome. The food was insane! Fillet steak was cooked perfectly and sides were good value. Cocktails and drinks were on the expensive side but overall would highly recommend

The food was generally great quality, polite staff and pretty setting. However, experience tainted by one meal arriving 20minutes later than the rest of the table (fortunately this meal was not charged on final bill). You are asked at time of booking whether it is a special ocassion, to which we confirmed it was a 30th birthday. We also confirmed this again when arriving at the restaurant. However, what was the point in highlighting this, if it didn't warrant any special treatment nor discount nor food on the house for the person being celebrated? Other restaurants of this price range would have made more of an effort. Overall fine for a casual date night but wouldn't recommend for special occasion or celebration

The staff and venue were incredible. There was an issue with my steak however that was promptly addressed by the manager who was lovely and came over and sat down to discuss the issue and made the whole experience completely worth it. Will definitely be back because the staff are so lovely.

We were a party of four adults taking advantage of the current offer of a rump steak and a side for only £15.00p, which was enjoyed by all, we added a couple of sides, a beverage each to start and a couple of bottles of red wine. Our server, Bobbie was excellent, young and vibrant, extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and indeed with a very good sense of humour. My Wife Adele and I know Gemma Dickson from when She was at Hawksmoor previously and it was lovely to see Her back again and as always looked after our party once more and are looking forward to our next visit.
