Food amazing! Waiter top draw. Food was very slow to arrive. Waiter kept apologising and dealt with it brilliantly.

Excellent service, excellent food - fabulous restaurant for a special occasion. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for our party.

Amazing experience on my daughter’s graduation day. . Our service a young gent went above and beyond and made us feel special .. we will be back very soon as we loved the complete experience

It was a welcoming experience once I walked through the doors. The staff was very friendly and the vibe was nice. Very cozy yet friendly elegant. Great place for a romantic dinner, family get together or celebration, or solo dining. The meal was delicious. If I lived in Edinburgh I would go back.

Lovely surroundings but open plan and noisy and not ideal for a couple. Staff could have been friendlier. Chateaubriand was amazing.

A half decent roast but didn’t live up to the hype at all, tables very close together giving the feeling your squeezed in, which at the price point is disappointing. Overall I’d describe the experience as fine but I was expecting more.

I accidentally booked for the Sunday and turned up for our table on Saturday, as I had thought I’d booked. The woman who welcomed us (just me and my 10 year old twins) could not have been more accommodating and rushed about to make us a place even though it was packed to the rafters. We were so appreciative. The waiter was patient and explained all we needed, the cocktails were served with a smile and the food was astonishingly good. I have eaten at Hawksmoors in London and Manchester but this one was a different gravy. Ten stars.

Amazing steak, tender & cooked perfectly. Great service, at a good pace, attentive without fussing. Would recommend. Very busy even at 5:30pm
