The restaurant was in a great waterfront location. We were early and seated right away. However, our waiter rushed us and was too quick and persistent in taking our drink order and rushing our entree decisions. Other staff were very conscientious-water, plate clearing and the manager checked in frequently. All food is a la carte -main meals do not come with sides. The chocolate bag dessert was out of this world.

Service was great, some menu items seemed a bit high in price but dishes were tasty and came out pretty quick. Would go back again

Staff is so welcoming with their Aloha and the chefs know how to prepare food! Outstanding happy hour! You do have to sit indoors to participate but it’s an open air restaurant so it’s still amazing. Shrimp cocktail, all three taco choices, drinks, smash burger were all delicious and served up beautifully. I highly recommend this place.

Once Again, Havens Harborside does not disappoint. I'm trying to order something new from the menu or the special because everything I eat is my favorite and I don't want to then get the same thing every time we go. And each new item is my new Favorite. The Lobster was over the top with flavor and so moist and the fish special was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The street Corn and the Broccolini are a oh so yummy. We had oyster shooters, Crab Ragoons, truffle fries & a lobster taco during the happy hour before dinner! Honestly the food here is addicting and cooked to perfection. Hats off to Chef Zach Sato

Nice little spot overlooking harbor. Our server Maria was very friendly and personable! The fish and chips were great! Fresh greens salad was as advertised! Freshly remodeled interior and nice, clean bathrooms…

It was our first time here and the food was excellent and service was fantastic. We tried the chopped salad and 4 sides green beans, mushrooms, lobster Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts they all tasty and unique flavors.. We had the short rib, scallops, ahí and the ohi moana all the entrees were delicious. It was a bit pricey but worth the costs all the food was excellent and portions were a good size. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hope to go back sometime soon.

We sat outside looking out at the harbor. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Excellent service and the most delicious food! We go at least once a week. Best food on Maui

We had wonderful food and service. A group of seven of us decided to make part of the happy hour and then order a few other item off the main menu. The service was on top of it, food came out fast and tasted amazing. The view from our table was nice.

Disappointing Service Despite Good Food I visited during happy hour and, unfortunately, had a frustrating experience. •The manager was rude and refused to seat us with a view, despite our request. •Happy hour last call was 30 minutes before happy hour officially ended. If the restaurant intends to stop serving earlier, the hours should reflect that. •I ordered a glass of wine, only to be informed after the fact that it didn’t qualify for happy hour pricing. When I asked to order another drink, I was told I couldn’t. •The restaurant was understaffed, which affected service. •The food itself was good, but the overall service and atmosphere were disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend or return based on the poor customer service. Would you like any further adjustments?
