Had high hopes for this place and feels like they are working out the kinks. Watermelon was solid. As was the fish and risotto. Pork belly was super weak, and when I mentioned it the chef said it looked fine to him. Just giant pieces of fat and not cooked well. Mole sauce was really good. Service was slow and could have had some better veggie sides to pair w the dishes. Beers were pretty good too.

Service was so slow. We got our appetizers and salad at the same time, finished all that, and then our chicken came out way too late basically an hour later. By that time we were full. Also, both times I’ve been here the meat is overcooked and dry. The pork belly and chicken is what I ordered both times. I wish I could give this place a good review because I love the ambiance but it has disappointed twice now. Also our waitress was cold and not friendly at all.

First time there. Nice building—restaurant above a market. Inside and patio seating. Our table was outside. There were four of us. The server took our drink and appetizer order at the same time. Appetizers were served first about 10-15 minutes later, which was odd. We ordered our entrees while still waiting for the drinks. Altogether we waited over 30 minutes for our 2 cocktails and 1 bottle of wine. Everything we ordered was delicious, slightly pricey though. Three appetizers, 2 entrees, a large salad, and the drinks came to a bit over $270.00 (without the tip). Plan on spending around $80/per person, minimum. The place has been open for a little over one month, so we will definitely give it another try.

Our experience Haven was a bit underwhelming for a farm-to-table experience. The food was good but not outstanding. We also had a couple people in our group with dietary restrictions which made it hard for them to order since not many substitutions were available. The ambience is wonderful but it was a cooler night and the outdoor heaters didn't really help much. Overall, I'd try it again since it's a newer restaurant and I'm sure kinks are still being worked out!

my husband and i enjoyed our dinner at Haven last night. The Select Spritzer was excellent and we started with the salad which was very fresh since it is all grown on property. I had the catch of the day which was local Halibut served with risotto and both were delicious. my husband had the Ribeye steak and he enjoyed the flavors and preparation. the portions are large at Haven.

We gave it 6 weeks to get the issues worked out. Couple of suggestions from someone who likes Ketner Exchange and Campfire. When you suggest family style, provide clean plates and SERVING-WARE! Pros: Farm is literally next to the restaurant, and what's next to that... the brewery. The atmosphere is fun, like you're in a barn. Downstairs is a store, awesome if you live in a $2 mil townhouse that's 20ft away it's probably great have. Cons: Service could be better for a pricy meal. The food runners were good, some new as you could tell they were learning how to present and describe. The server was rarely seen, assuming she was busy I looked around and counted 14 workers so not sure what she was doing. Never came by after someone else dropped the food, once we were done she came by and said, "Whew I got busy". Family style without plates or serving ware? Really, we should use the utensils we're eating with to share food? It's a good thing it was immediate family. only Valet parking, or you can park across Leucadia blvd. It's "free if you eat at the restaurant, but still pay $10 in tips. Hostess, with the earpiece in thinks you're lucky she's talking to you, other hostess are super sweet and helpful. Konnichiwager Lager (Rice Lager): Great , made on sight. Hibiscus Watermelon $14: Ehh,ok. Wouldn't order again. Bread & Butter $12: Yum, great butters w/ it, sweet and savory. Carrots al Pastor $15: Good, but over priced. Mint Mojito (NA) $7: Good, refreshing. Bison Burger $26: Great: Local Fish Halibut $41: Good, just overpriced for the size, hardly family style. Jerk Pork Belly Mole $41: OK, way over priced and needed a base. Otherwise it's just $3 of pork fat, but the mole sauce was good. Total for 3 people $177.82 Unlikely we'll be back, so many options in the area. Show less

Beautiful setting and freshest salad in town! Highly recommend for dinner. The burger and fries were tasty, and drinks were top notch! Service was efficient and friendly.

Service. Service was extremely confused. Even though it's been open for around a month now, no one seems to understand how restaurants work. Our server asked us what we wanted to order for dessert after appetizers. We told her we hadn't received entrees yet. She seemed really confused by this. they recommend family style but all bowls and dishes came without serving implements. No one wants to stick their personal fork into a bowl to dig out a portion. Gross. We asked for serving spoons and they brought some. This should be part of the service! Food. Food was ok. some was not great. Radishes smelled off. maybe the dressing? Potato gnocchi was too hard, too sweet, too yuk. Prices are high. Hubby and I had upset tummies into the night and the next morning, so something was off. We skipped dessert. Presentation needs work although the fresh edible flowers tossed around is a nice touch. Ambiance. Our friends called it rustic Napa-lite. Not too bad, but outdoor tables have backless benches instead of chairs. I don't know about you, but at my age, I'm too old to sit at a hard bench for a long dinner. Very uncomfortable. Chairs indoors looked just as bad. Parking. NOT NEARLY ENOUGH! What were they thinking building a farmer's market with casual food service and cocktails, a few little stores, a 120 seat restaurant, and a brewery with almost NO PARKING. there's a sign that directs sorry patrons to overflow which is ACROSS busy 50mph Leucadia Blvd and then over Quail Gardens to side street. Yeah, you park there at night with no lights. Give me a break. Greedy developers. Won't head back to Haven, but we got some lettuce at the Market and it was great. I recommend you hit the market in the middle of the day when no one is there and parking is easier.
