    We waited for over an hour and didn’t even get our order taken. They completely overbooked for their prix fixe night. The table next to us had 3 couples come and leave without even getting drinks because the wait was so long. When heard the bartender tell a customer that the kitchen was closing soon… when we hadn’t even had our order taken and had been seated for an hour, that was the last straw. The owner was very nice and apologetic, but it was a shame we couldn’t have a nice experience there.

    My friends and I came for the Valentine’s set menu and it was like an episode of Bar Rescue, restaurant version. They just took on way more than they could manage. Our reservation was at 7:45pm, we were seated at 8:30pm, they were out of all desserts besides a scoop of ice cream, and out of other items on the menu, too. The appetizers were good. We shared Truffle mac and cheese, corn bread, and brussel sprouts, which took about 30mins to receive after we had waited about 30 mins for our first round of cocktails. We also didn’t receive any serving utensils. For my main course I ordered the flat iron steak which was flavorful but severely overcooked and arrived cold. My friend ordered pasta, which was hard and cold. Then my other friend ordered the lobster roll which was delicious! We didn’t want to complain since cocktails were actually good and we didn’t want to wait for anything any longer. I asked the waitress if they often have special set menu events often, which she said they don’t. I get maybe the restaurant was trying to take advantage of the holiday, but if I had shown up to eat at this restaurant with my significant other to celebrate Valentine’s day, I would’ve been absolutely crushed! Stop by for drinks if you’re in the area, but don’t bring your Valentine. Our dinner concluded at 11:45pm (3 hours long since service was not right) I felt so bad for bringing my friends we couldn’t help but laugh in the end.

    Always love this place. The owner is always there helping, the staff is always polite, and the bartender Greg even remembered us, after having not been there for about a year. Plus? The whiskey prices are so very good. This should be a model for other restaurants.

    Amazing overall experience, Will the owner was greeting all guests and his team was outstanding. Food, WOW! Highly recommend the Corn Bread, amazing. All food was memorable, if you haven’t visited Haven you must!!!

    We have been to Haven Craft a number of times. Food is alway's great. Cocktails are fantastic & the entire staff is professional & friendly. I would recommend to anyone thinking of dining here.

    Great service food and alcohol selection. Was able to easily get a reservation or walk up early in the evening. As people came in, the venue became very lively and music was bumping. Fun environment

    It’s a sweet little bar that should work on the food, or just focus on booze and bar bites. Every dish was over done, over dressed, undercooked, oddly seasoned, and randomly delivered. I would go back in a heartbeat for a cocktail, but my suggestion is, bring your own PB&J!

    This place had both a really hip vibe and a chill feel all at the same time. I ordered the pesto pasta (both made fresh in house).. When I tell you that the pasta was cooked to absolute perfection and the taste of the pesto was the most incredible pesto I’ve ever had - it’s an understatement! By the way.. the pesto is topped with whole pine nuts (not just those that are crushed into the pesto) - SO GOOD! My friend ordered the flat iron steak and another ordered the duck confit. We all woke up talking about how good the food and atmosphere was! (For real!). In fact, it was so good that we went back a 2nd time in one week to do it all over again! I ordered the pesto pasta again - and sure enough, so incredibly good! My friend ordered the octopus and said it was the best he ever had, and another ordered the burger - predictably also delicious! The four of us ended the dinner by sharing a sticky toffee for dessert - again, amazing! Tim was our server the first night, and he totally remembered us and genuinely seemed super happy to see us when we returned the 2nd night. We were lucky enough to have him take care of our table again, even though everyone that works there seems so nice! Skip the other places in Orange / Anaheim and just come here!
