Was delivered a seafood order when not ordered. It was fixed but it left a bad taste in my mouth the whole meal, and nothing was done to compensate or even check in on me. Service was inattentive. Entree was tasty but overall much worse than last time, which was a 5 star experience.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. The food and service is amazing. I only wish they would renovate the place. The decor is antiquated. It’s a bit rundown. Other than the decor, it’s amazing.

Went there after the theater. Our waiter was very nice, and the food was just ok. The empanadas were lukewarm and the mimosas tasted like lemonade.

With so many open tables they sat us right next to the loud live music could barely talk service was quick and food was okay

We enjoyed lunch on Sunday before matinee on Broadway-very convenient. The food was good and very large portions. The special on mushroom empanada (3 for $3.50!) made me think it was an error. Delicious and well worth the price! Henrique did a great job. The entree came out while we were still working on apps, but otherwise good service.

Pre-Covid, this used to be our go to place. Pros: Great atmosphere and live music (when available). The food and service was atrocious. We’re here for my wife’s birthday and stated so in reservation. Got there 10 minutes early. Was given probably the worst table in the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Ordered 4 drinks and asked for tostones as an appetizer. 2 drinks showed up finally after 20 minutes along with the tostones. They tasted as if they were fried the day before. Put in the refrigerator, and then heated up in a microwave. Orded our entrees and my wife literally begged the waitress to make sure her Pernil was served hot. Any time she has ordered it in the past, it was ice cold. She said she’d make sure and would have them heat it up if necessary. That was the last time we saw or heard from our waitress the rest of the evening until asking for the check. Our 2 drinks never showed up, although we asked someone to please tell our waitress we hadn’t received them. Pernil came out cold as usual. Continually kept trying to get our waitress to no avail to send back the pernil. My wife was very upset and didn’t eat it. After 40 minutes I literally got up to get our waitress and ask her for bill and told her to make sure we weren’t charged for the 2 drinks we never got. That took 15 minutes due to her having to have manager take them off bill. It stated on receipt that we “changed mind “ as reason for the refund on receipt. Didn’t change our minds, we never got them. This is so disappointing and our last meal at once was a great restaurant
