We went for dinner because they were having a special if you were a rewards member which was BOGO entree free. Also certain drinks were $8.00 from 4 p.m. to close with an advertisement actually on the table advertising it. When our bill came they charged us the $14.95 for Sangria not $8.00. Both our dinners were on the bill which was $24.95 each. I had given the waiter David my loyalty number upon ordering and advised of offers. If we hadn't doubled checked our bill we would have paid double the amount. I feel we shouldn't have had to bring it to their attention since the offer was for Monday to Friday. I also had a $10 reward on my account which was to be used for this bill and they didn't apply it until I brought it up. Things just felt shady which I didn't like.

I went with a friend to take advantage of the special BOGO Deal. I have been at this location many times. As usual food was delicious, wait staff friendly & accommodating & ambiance very pleasant! Great place to have a good experience!

I having been to Havana in quite some time as I had move to New Jersey. I’m back in the area. I had received a special promo the restaurant is running at the current time so I figured y not try them again after all these years…was a little concerned as most restaurants are totally not the same since after Covid . Well, let me tell you the food, drinks and service are still top tier. I travel a lot and eat at some of the best restaurants. Havana thank you for your consistency the restaurant did not disappoint. Bravo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The restaurant was not crowded and our server came over and took our drink order and said she would be right back to take our dinner order. We watched as another party was seated after us and our server went over to them and took their drink order and meal order as we just sat there and waited. Our server should have taken their drink order and told them like she told us she will be back to take their order. Bad service from our server, as ahead should learn common sense.

Had birthday celebration with $60 prix fixe menu. Appetizers & service were great. Entrees awful. Chicken tough, beef stringy… portions small . Would not do prix fixe again.
