I had such a great experience celebrating my sisters birthday at Havana central. The restaurant is beautiful,the food was great and our server Walter went above and beyond to ensure we had a great nice and answered all our questions. Thank you we will be back At Havana!

LOVED this restaurant. Ambiance, aesthetic, food was flavorful 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I had an 8:15 pm reservation came in a little late but was still seated immediately. The waiter was the BEST. His name is Ever ! He suggested things on the menu and it did not disappoint! I have a surf and turf meal. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well OMG !!!! The drinks were delicious as well, my friend and I both had a classic marg. Overall experienced 10/10. I will definitely be returning !!!

The food and ambiance at Havana Central does not disappoint. This particular night was busy because of the Loyalty Rewards promotion. We had to be patient because pacing and service was delayed due to additional people in the restaurant. Would welcome going back for ambiance with music and food.

We got there at 7 pm, waited 20 min but no one approached us. After I ask one random person to complain, the manager approached us to take order at 7:30 pm. After food came out, one server introduced herself to us and we asked her to provide us more sauce for the rib dish and refill of lemonade. The sauce never came out and refill came out with bill when we are about to leave, with a simple suggestion, “ You can take it out with you. I will give an empty cup.” The is the worst service that I had this year and we were totally ignored throughout our dinner. I do not recommend this restaurant if one expects some level of service.

One waiter and he had multiple large parties so little attention given. He was very good but had a lot of customers. Also my points were not added to my account and I misplaced the receipt.

Once you walk in this restaurant you get the feel of Havana. The food is awsome the service is awsome and the food choices are good. You will enjoy this place.
