    I took my 2 friends to haute l dolce for a special birthday treat and they totally loved it, especially the milkshakes. We are going to get the family vouchers for Christmas as we know they will love it

    Food was beautiful! Been twice now for the desert and the brunch and I’ll defiantly be back again! Service is great and really good vibes. The place looks absolutely beautiful with the Christmas decorations

    This was my first time visiting and the perfect place to tell my friend she was going to be an aunty! The desserts were delicious, ambiance is lovely and the staff are great! My only slight complaint is that the soap in the toilets has been refilled (Scottish soap company bottle with pink liquid), so it doesn’t match the bottle/ingredients- as someone with severe allergies to certain chemicals this is a problem.

    Lovely venue, excellent staff and lovely food. We had to wait more than 20 mins before our order was taken but the food was worth the wait.

    Went there with my sister food was 10/10 and it was not that pricey we paid £37 for English breakfast and lotus biscuits croffles, spiced pot tea and lotus biscuits shake. Service was great.

    First time visiting and won't be the last, turned up 20 minutes early but was no problem had our table ready within 5 minutes, staff very attentive and friendly, helped us download app which gave us a discount, food was amazing, pistachio milkshake was to die for, was a bit pricey but worth it, highly recommend

    Service was really slow from the off. Waited 5minutes to be seated, then we were sat at the table by the door to the toilet, so we moved, as it really isn't a pleasant spot for a seat as it was busy and felt like we were constantly having to Shift ourselves. Took ages to be served once seated. But once order was is, the food and drinks came really quickly. They were obviously short staffed as the waiters were running around at pace! The food itself was absolutely delicious, as was the milkshake. Coffee was good also. I'll definitely come back as the food itself is worth it, and hopefully next time service will be better as I think waiting staff were just overworked with minimal staff?!

    Absolutely fantastic. Staff were warm and welcoming and the food and drink was served really quickly. Definitely recommend booking a table as it was quite busy but this didn't make any difference to the service.

    Fantastic brunch with lots of savoury and sweet options. We had two different savoury sandos, shakshuka, and spicy hash, followed by pancakes and a crepe which we shared. Attentive staff and lovely service. Will be back!
