Our night was so fun! Listen, I read all y’all’s reviews before we went so I was pretty skeptical of the meh food and slow service we might receive. I’m here to tell you we had neither of those things. When we arrived we were seated straight away. Our server, Rylee, came right over and got us started with drinks & appetizers. I had a few questions about what to order for the main entree and he was very helpful! Our food came out very fast and it was delicious! Everything was clean and we had a spooky good time! You should totally go! The only other thing I will comment on is the scare level of the atmosphere. It is dark in there. There are lots of black lights and eerie music. An occasional flash of light and claps of sound for the lightening effect. There are spooky artifacts everywhere. However, it is not gory or frightening if you are over the age of 10. Think “Haunted Mansion” from Disney World vibes. But if you have a kid between age 2-10 you should think carefully about whether this is the right choice. I don’t think either of my kids would have been keen on this when they were in that age range. You know your kids obviously and whether this is a good idea.

overpriced. no theme outside of wall decorations. went for birthdays and no celebration was done. staff is slow, and rude (outside of our server). food made two of our family members sick within hours

Awesome atmosphere and wonderful food and service! Our 7 year old loved it! We will definitely be coming back.

Will not be returning to this restaurant. We had a reservation for 7:30. Did not get seated until almost 8:00. After we were seated at our table, no one came to our table to get drink orders or bring water for almost 20 minutes. The restaurant obviously was under-staffed because half the tables were not being used. It was definitely not what we expected. I know everything is more expensive now, but this place was way over-priced for the experience. Would not recommend, especially if you are going out for a special evening.

They appear to be short staffed. Bartenders were waiting on tables as well as tending to the bar. I saw people leave after not getting waited on in the restaurant area. We sat there about 20 minutes before they took our drink order. Once he realized no one had helped us he was good. Food is a little pricey for the quality you get. My sirloin was good. Husband said his burger was just ok. We had a reservation which is absolutely the way to go!!! Because of the ambience alone, I’m glad we went.

This is a fine-r dining experience - this isn't an Applebee's decorating for Halloween - prices are on par with that level of dining. Folks need to separate the environment from the service. Imagine taking your family out to a nice restaurant where you expect to pay a little more but that restaurant is decked out for Halloween. All the food was really great with awesome flavor throughout. The cocktails were exceptional. The only bad thing we had to say about the place was the drinks were a little slow to come out, I'd definitely prefer a faster service there. They made up for it in their craft though, the ghost hunter? I'll be going back just for that. The other was the brother ordered a rare burger and the sister ordered a well done burger. Upon delivery they were just sat down in front of them without knowing which was which. They had to check and swap. Not that big of an issue though. Staff, waiter, environment, super awesome. All 4 of us will be back.

The food was disgusting. The service was horrible. Don’t think they will be in business long. We literally got up and left are food at the table, that’s how bad it was.

Super cool restaurant with delicious food! We loved the experience. The cocktails were excellent as well. The only complaint we had is the menu items are very pricy, but the quality of the food/drink was fantastic.

Our server was nice. The “fried” mac and cheese balls were frozen and tasted like cardboard. The main dishes were lukewarm at best. The price was too high. Do NOT waste your time.
