Amazing food value and quantity for the price. Great ambiance. Our server seemed to be having a bad day, but that happens. Otherwise, great place, would go again.

Went to Hattie’s because of recommendation of a highly respected executive chef. Use his recommendations many times over the years with great success. Hard to describe our disappointment. Service could only be described as poor, but that word may not relay how bad it was. Our server was hyper and acted weird. Mash potatoes and green beans were very tasty. Surprised the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Strange experience to say the least.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. You are correct. We had a very off night. We were unexpectedly short staffed as a few staff members called off at the last minute. No matter who owns Hatties, the food remains outstanding. The fried chicken is the best i ever had. Collard greens were fabulous, mashed potatoes were the real deal. The pecan pie was delicious but not too sweet with real whipped cream. I can't say enough good things about Hatties.

What a hidden gem. Loud, crowded, somewhat chaotic but my goodness - the food was incredible We couldn’t decide so we ordered 3 appetizers - fried green tomatoes, mushrooms and soft shell crab. All amazing. We split 4 piece fried chicken with Cajun gravy mashed potatoes and cucumber salad. Sooooo good. We took half home along with banana pudding and key lime pie. I was in a food coma Packed so make reservation 10/10

We came in from out of town and decided to spend the night in Saratoga. Hattie’s was recommended to us by a friend and she was right, it’s absolutely delicious! We had a great meal, and the outdoor seating is super cute.

what a cute restaurant and a grapevine. Classic Southern cooking, cute atmosphere, very casual and friendly. Would definitely go back.

If you want to order appetizers while you figure out the rest of your meal, forget about it. Everything must be ordered at once. Waitress bragged about being the best there and then she picked up our waters before we were done drinking at the end of the meal. Food was solid… disappointing experience.
