The service was terrible. We were not ever checked in on. Our very basic fried food took forever to come even though we were literally the only people there! We asked for more ranch and were told that they had no more and there was no offer of any other dressing. All the nearby tables’ ketchup bottles were empty, we had to go find at least 4 bottles from other tables. We had to pay $126 dollars for 2 kids meals (chicken fingers & French fries), 1 salad, and an order of fried shrimp and fries - way overpriced!!! My husband sat with an empty glass for close to ten minutes, he finally got up and walked around looking for someone to ask for a refill. When I asked for a to-go container to take my remaining fries home, the container the waitress gave me had literal dirt all around the inside edge! So disgusting!! It was horrendous.

Food took forever to come out 45mins to be exact. Price was too high for basic pool food. Nothing special. No cash accepted anywhere.

Our Waiter was very nice. Ordered burger’s and fries. I think it was frozen Pattie. Drinks were good and fries.

Even with a reservation we waiting 20 mins for a waitress to approach our table, then we waiting 1.5 hrs to get our poor quality fried food! When the food finally arrived we had NO UTENSILS!!! We made it strongly obvious we were NOT PLEASED, asked for boxes and the check. Of course, NO gratuity was earned so none was left. We had earlier that day spent the day at the waterpark in a mezzanine cabana, ordered lunch and left a 50% tip. So we are very generous but, only when it's earned. Food was mediocre and serve was nonexistent. Right after this experience, we took the kids for a promised ice cream and we left them a tip as well.

Not too many options in the hotel, food was good, and service was very friendly and tried. Unfortunately it was slow getting your order as the team were working hard but didnt look to have enough staff for the amount of people. Overall it was good.

Server was terrible and completely not attentive and our food was short of carnival food in fact that would have been better. My wife had feathers on her chicken wings still….

The hostess was not friendly at all and refused to look into my reservation when it did not appear on her end. She rolled her eyes when I showed her my confirmation. Our waitress was so nice and friendly but clearly overwhelmed with the lack of organization at the restaurant. The drink u ordered was out and when the waitress returned she shares to a list of six beverages that were out. The kitchen was slow and the wait was long for mediocre food. It was a good spot with kids but overpriced.
