    Great high tea in a quaint, comfortable atmosphere. We had two little girls with us who got their own special kids high tea and felt like princesses.

    Service was terrible. Waited 40 minutes for a drink which we had to get up and ask them when they were bringing us our complimentary champagne and some table water. Half an hour after that, they then finally brought our food to our table. Our table was in the sun and the jam and cream had been sitting on the table since we had arrived. It was over an hour before we could actually use the jam and cream so had to ask for fresh cream as it had curdled in the heat. Trying to get another drink was then a mission as the staff never approached our table again. You think they would be constantly roaming around coming over asking if you would like your water refilled or if you wanted to order another drink if they saw your glass was empty. There were 3 people working on the floor that day too and the restaurant wasn’t busy that day. Food was nice. Although the hot food wasn’t hot when it had arrived to our table.

    Loved the food & the service.Nice relaxing music.The drinks were expensive but overall experience was very good.

    For a fine dining restaurant the food was pretty average. The service was also average. The pianist was great though and created a nice atmosphere.

    Once my table of 8 arrived, the waitress was not attentive, the food came out very late, some items were missing, we had to repeatedly request for them to bring them out, my daughter food was missing and I had to ask for her food to be brought out. We ordered extra hot chips for an infant, the waitress admitted that they forgot to put in the request to the chef, so I cancelled the order. I noticed another table of 4 people arrived as we were about to leave and I heard the waitress explaining to them what they were going to receive. Value for food was not worth $70 per person, scones were crunchy and dry and they just crumbled honestly won’t recommending this place to my friends. Actually my friend is going this week I’ll be letting her know to cancel, disappointing experience as we’ve been to many
