Situé au cœur de la place Harvard Square, le restaurant Havest célèbre la table américaine moderne. Il propose une cuisine d'inspiration américaine qui présente les ingrédients et les produits de saison les plus frais de la région. Il sert le dîner, le souper ainsi que le brunch du dimanche, et un menu de bar dans le lounge. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse du jardin ouverte en saison (les tables sont attribuées par ordre d'arrivée). Des repas privés sont aussi préparés pour 15 à 60 personnes. Le Harvest vous accueille également pour des évènements privés, tels qu'un dîner, un souper ou une réception.

Pass. Our waiter was confused about how waitering works . we ordered our drinks , he asked ‘anything else ? ‘ and it was all downhill from there . He was flummoxed by our meal order , zero energy . The starters came in a timely fashion and the duck confit was a hit , the French Onion and mushroom was eh. And then we waited , and waited at least 40 minutes for our mains . No one checked in. When the food was dumped on our table by a runner , we had to ask the runner and waiter several times for silverware , and he asked , ‘what type of knife do you want ?’ The halibut was inedible , overcooked , probably under the heat lamp for a while and the broth for the sea scallops so salty . We had ordered a side of Brussels sprouts , nope , several requests and the waiter just looking confused . As we finished our mains the Brussels were tossed on our table . And they were oddly spicy and we did not enjoy . It was a birthday dinner , but hard pass on dessert as we just wanted to get out of there Endless wait for the check and zero politeness Bad service and mediocre food for the price point

Harvest is what many restaurants aspire to be but miss the mark. The food is fresh, seasonal, inventive and delicious. The waitstaff is courteous, knowledgeable and attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming, warm and lovely. Win, win, win!

Excellent dinner! The good: Loved the clams and ceviche which were conventionally delicious and with little unique aspects in the recipe that made them memorable. Tea-broth scallops likewise were delicious with some unique flavors. Outdoor seating with heat lamps was super nice. Waiter was a charming pro. The bad: Duck breast was very good but not great (skin was soggy and no pink in my medium rare order). Desert was tasty but not memorable. Nothing very bad, will definitely go back

The miso mushroom french onion soup was a tad bland but everything else was delicious - great servers ans atmosphere as well

My family have been coming to Harvest for many years and always enjoyed their food and atmosphere. For brunch this time, I tried the fried chicken and cornbread and was surprised at how much I liked it. The chicken and cornbread were moist and tasty and the greens were cooked well. It reminded me of the great brunch specials that Harvest used to have, which they don't seem to do any more. The only problem we had was the service. We had to wait over 10 minutes to find our server and then order. Server had a sour attitude and was unfriendly interacting with us during the entire time. Never smiled even once or checked on us and we had to flag others down to get more water. We have never had a problem with service here before. This added an unpleasant note to our dining experience. However, we'll continue to support this restaurant which is almost like an institution in Harvard Square.
