Inspired by our beloved sister restaurant in the Bearden neighborhood, Harvest Downtown on the historic 100 Block of Gay Street offers a seasonal rotating menu highlighted by the use of proteins and produce from local farmers. We are open for dinner 7 nights a week, and are proud to offer a unique lunch and brunch menu on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Our menu highlights aged midwestern hand cut steaks and premium fresh seafood selections along with several vegan, salad and house-made pasta options as well as daily chef specials.

We had a great family dinner here after a Tennessee football game. The daily special cocktail was great. Everyone found something they liked on the menu. We would definitely return.

This was such a treat! Quality of food was fabulous and service fast and professional. We are making Harvest our go to spot for brunch. Way ahead of several other pricier brunches in town. You won’t regret it!!

We went for brunch on Sunday and were seated outside as we requested. They must have been extremely short staffed as our server introduced herself as the bartender. Each phase of our service, from taking our order to serving our food to delivering our check, took at least twice the time at most restaurants, even when full. Harvest was nearly empty. My friend had the eggs Benedict and they were good. The shrimp in my shrimp and grits were so overcooked I couldn’t eat them.

Harvest is one of our favorites. Love the Oysters. The specialty cocktails are perfect and the food along with key lime pie is to die for.

Dinner was delightful from our welcome and service to every item ordered. The steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were amazing (loaded mashed potatoes were a “chef’s kiss”!), and the charcuterie and formagge plate was interesting and everything tasted great!

Visiting Knoxville and chose Harvest for the menu and its proximity to our hotel. The menu sounds better than the reality. The summer watermelon salad was very good but lacked the walnuts listed as an ingredient. The salmon was overcooked, and the summer presentation of strawberry-miso glaze was strangely tasteless. The roasted chickpeas and cucumber-tomato sides were also very bland. We were one of three couples dining at 6:30 on a Tuesday, so it’s not like they were slammed. We waited for 5 minutes upon entering the restaurant for an employee to appear to seat us… seemed strange. Our server was also tending bar, so good thing it wasn’t busier. My husband said his shrimp was overcooked , rubbery, and bland with the exception of the chow chow topping. The grit cakes it was served with were good. His side of “crispy” Brussels sprouts… weren’t. They were chewy and not good. Overall we were disappointed since the menu seemed fresh and innovative, but the food let us down. Wouldn’t do it again.

Great cocktails, beer selection, bourbon list, and outstanding menu. Our wait staff was very accommodating, as well as cheerful. Will go back!
