Welcome to Harry's!

Named for Harry C. Groome, the original owner of Airlie House, this signature smart casual Warrenton restaurant honors our agricultural heritage with true pasture-to-plate cuisine. Most ingredients travel just 400 yards from our production farm to our kitchen. And you get to savor these hyperlocal flavors in our cozy, winery-inspired dining room or al-fresco on our inviting lakeside patio.

House specialties include Harry’s Burger (made with our angus beef), smoke spiced wings, Airlie garden salad, and seasonal Flat Breads. Pair your favorite meal with a vast selection of mircobrews, Virginia wines or farm-to-table cocktails.

Please note, we do not accept reservations for our outdoor Patio. This is always on a first come first serve basis.

Really enjoyed Harry’s angus burgers after delish starters on the lovely patio. Excellent service too

The scenery at Harry’s is lovely, overlooking water and the grounds at Airlie. The dinner was good and service was good. It was convenient only because we were staying at Airlie. We might have returned for breakfast, however, they essentially only offer an all-you-can-eat buffet for $35/person. Most people don’t ever want to eat that much. Just one of the offerings included in the buffet would have been plenty if offered independently. I believe Harry’s would pull in a successful brunch crowd if they offered a few more traditional a-la-carte items or even just pastries for hotel guests.

Very good service, friendly. The food was very good. Noise level higher than we prefer.

Out server was kind and helpful. It is a limited menu which is fine bc that typically means that the meals are regularly prepared and done quite well. My dinner was pretty good, I had the hanger steak which was nicely marinated over asparagus which was not good. The macaroni and cheese is very good if you like ghouda. My friend had the fish which was ridiculously dry. It was over Risotto which was just okay. She took one bite and wanted no more. The server saw this and immediately offered to cook another or offer a different dish. The wine choices were great and we tried a few before deciding. For dessert we had a brownie with caramel ice cream. It was okay. The brownie was very light which is fine but with ice cream, I prefer a heartier brownie. It kindof crumbled. We sat outside and it was a beautiful night. The area is very pretty. Parking is not at all convenient unless you get one of the 5 spaces next to the building. Otherwise you have to park up the hill and people drive very fast through the tiny streets

The chicken sandwich was delicious. The skirt steak sandwich was good but the meat was a bit tough. The Cauliflower appetizer was delicious, too.

The food was luke warm including the coffee. Cold drinks much better. The outdoor seating is very nice, right on the water. The grounds are beautiful.

This was our second time visiting Harry's on a Sunday morning. A brunch is too much food for us, so we enjoyed that they had several delicious shareable options. They have several delicious cocktail options (the Kentucky mule was delicious and refreshing), and a table overlooking the pond was perfect. Our server was very pleasant and just attentive enough. We'll be back!
