Worst service I have experienced in a very long time, which started at the door. I had to ask for my rain drenched coat to be put in the cloakroom, which was right beside the door and should be a standard part of check in at a restaurant of this calibre. It took about 20 minutes to have our drink order taken. Service throughout was extremely slow and unattentive. After our meal finished, we sat for 45 minutes with empty glasses, with no member of staff checking to see if we wanted anything else. There were more than ample numbers of staff, what they were doing I will never know. We then requested the bill and waited another 15 minutes before having to follow up with the manager. He was extremely rude when I challenged the service. He proceeded to say nobody asked if we wanted another drink because “we looked happy and were in the middle of a conversation”….isn’t this the case with all diners? Who stop talking when a member of staff comes over to take orders? He also said we didn’t ask him for the bill and essentially if we did it wouldn’t have been late. Very poor management - all staff members should respond timely to a bill request. Awful awful experience. Massive shame as Harry’s is typically a reputable experience in the other restaurants. This is exactly what happened to the Ivy chain when it over expanded also. Won’t be returning.

Had to ask 3 different people to take our order. Starters were average. Pizzas were good. Tuna had to be sent back as was very overdone. My husband ended up getting up and topping our champagne up from the cooler behind us twice as no one offered. Wrong drink brought out for my daughter.

Food is always reliable but the service here was so so shocking, waited 25 minutes to have our order taken & no one checked in on us throughout our meal, had to ask three times for water etc. really disappointed as the food is so fab.

Great location, nicely fitted out restaurant, buzzy atmosphere and very good, competent Italian food. We all 3 had pasta, papardelle bolognaise x2 (very good) and Seafood spaghetti (excellent). Service was delightful albeit a bit inexperienced. Thoroughly recommend if the prices are within your budget.

Food and service were absolutely phenomenal. Staff was friendly and light hearted with children. I will definitely come again.

Excelente servicio del personal en general, muy buena comida y presentación, precio accesible. Un solo inconveniente tuvimos, la mesa de al lado muy ruidosa y nunca les llamaron la atención.

I'm glad I have chosen this Harry's Restaurant in London because it locates very close to the Victoria Palace Theatre where we watched Hamilton musical as our birthday present for our daughter's 21st birthday. The staff of Harry’s look after their customers from very beginning as soon as you walk in. Our table is at the end of a nice corridor roll with comfy sofa chairs, not noisy surrounding. I like the way their Italian Manager, Boco, explained to us the brief history of Harry's Bar to Harry's Restaurant -which made us feel closer to them. All of us had three courses’ dishes chosen from their a-La-carte menu: Harry’s Tagliolini with truffle, Carpaccio & Gamberi e ‘nduja as starter, Ravioli lobster, Truffled Chicken & Brasato di Manzo as Main dishes, and lovely Harry’s Chocolate Toadstool, Tiramisu & Lemon Sorbet as dessert. Ever though the restaurant was at their peak busy hours, we didn't wait long for the food to be served, and they keep their high quality: all the dishes are really delicious! Overall, we like this Harry's Victoria Restaurant: its deco is classy, the atmosphere is warm, the food is really delicious, and the staff serve their customers well. I am sure we will be back!
