I booked a table 2 weeks prior as I had a guest visiting London so I wanted them to enjoy their time here a day before my reservation they called me and confirmed my booking as well as having a email confirmation, on the day we go and I give them my details for my booking we sit down 40minutes later without asking for the bill they bring it baring in mind my dessert hadn't arrived yet and once my dessert comes the waitress says I have to move to to the bar to finish your dessert as we need the table back because there's another booking so I asked for the manager (ginger head lady) came I explained the situation I even had to show proof of my booking for her to believe me rather apologising for the lack of service and rudeness of her staff she said let me check with my ‘friend’ to see whats happened she walked off and never came back to our table. For a well-known restaurant like this in a prime location in London it was the most disappointing service especially in front of my guest visiting for the first time I for sure won't be going back there and wouldn't recommend.

As a regular customer we were somewhat disappointed with the main course … feel the recipe has been changed and it was not for the better… staff are always friendly.

Food and ambience fine but service poor. Waitress didn’t listen to the order. Repeated it wrongly. No apology Wine came after food finished. No apology. Had to ask twice for coffees. No apology Questioned and eventually didn’t pay service on the bill. No apology.

Family dinner while visiting our daughter in London. Excellent service, great food and wine. A lovely bustling restaurant with a great atmosphere. Our server was excellent, helpful and friendly. Also gluten free options were readily available.

This was the WORST experience I have had in London in all my years coming here. The food was cold. The service was rushed, they did not listen - the entire experience was awful. I do NOT recommend this place. They asked us three times to leave even though we had not been there for the full two hours. NOT WORTH IT!!!
