I went on a Thursday for my birthday dinner. Was disappointed at the onset considering I had booked for 7 people and they had only arranged for 6 (despite them calling me to confirm and me having to confirm on open table too) Then we had to ask for a drinks menu and normal menus, waited 30/45 mins to even order our drinks and even then, we had to ask if we can order. They weren’t that busy. I’ve been to Harry’s before with my partner only and it was amazing.z unsure what was going on today. Food didn’t come hot and the waiter was quite rude when my friend said she cannot eat egg. We had asked 3 different waiters for an extra wine glass and didn’t get it until the third. Severely disappointed and service charge was £34 which I had to take off. I was asked why as well… service was poor, staff unfriendly and patronising and it was my birthday!!… Unsure if I’d go again and if I had the same service I would speak to the manager.

Appalling service as was asked to vacate the table after 1.5 hours and had to finish our desert perched on a cramped bar. It’s sad that restaurants feel they can use customers as cash machines. I will never be going back to Harry’s ever and will be writing a formal complaint. This behaviour ruined what would have been a mediocre meal…

The ambiance is great - a good buzz about the place. Good prompt and friendly service. A place to look forward to going to and certainly I will be going again. The location is very good as close to the Bond Street tube station. Food good and prices reasonable, particularly for the location.

Food was amazing,staff was very polite but I asked for a special request for me and my boyfriends anniversary and they never done it ,was a little bit disappointed as they said they would but other then that had a great time

Enjoying it until been told 3 times that there was another reservation for our table. Then the bill being produced and given to us. Eating out is an experience and it was ruined by this. Way too rushed.

Customer service poor. Not accommodating at all. Manager was very abrupt. Told us we can not move to the table we wanted as it was booked for 3 people and then gave it to 2 people. She was then telling off her waiters directly next to our table causing a scene and making us feel on edge. Could not wait to leave. Need better trained manager & staff.
