We went for our reservation at 7:30. We went to check in but all the hostesses were just chatting away and didn’t even acknowledge us for a goood 10 mins. After they acknowledged us they took us to the table and didn’t give any menus and the waiters also didn’t acknowledge us. It took 30 mins to get the attention of a member of staff to order drinks and then ordered food. Mid eating the waiter came and started to take our plates away even though we wasn’t finished. Then when the bill came we asked for the service charge to taken off and another waiter said why and we told them the situation and they said this is how they operate here. I have been to Harry’s many times and have had no bad experience but yesterday was absolutely horrible and has put me off from going there again.

Loved the calamari and the spaghetti with seafood. The ribs list is good and the tiramisu is also great. Service is very friendly and professional

We were annoyed by the manager as he was not friendly and hard to have a discussion with him.. the waiters were nice. We had people coming from abroad and they all abit annoyed from the way he was talking to us.

We had a lovely meal but at the end of dinner we ordered some more drinks and continued to talk amongst ourselves; the drinks arrived followed around 30 seconds later by the bill (which we hadn’t requested), I thought this was in very poor taste!

Bad meal - lobster ravioli tasted off - didnt work with arabiata chili sauce which wasnt described on the menu like that. didnt take it off bill. gave us free drinks instead. kept us waiting for ages for food....asked us if we had allergies 4 times. Felt very touristy . Enjoyed the courgettes though. Service felt awkward and inexperienced too for a restaurant trying to evoke the legendary Harrys Bar in venice

Amazing service, fully attentive and meals were beautifully presented. I would like to thank the amazing manager Agata who gave us the best service I’ve ever had.
