Food took an hour and a half to arrive, and they missed half our order. When I complained to the manager he told me not to treat him like a slave (insinuating that middle easterns are rude) even though all I asked was “if you were in my position, do you think it would be okay for this food (a salad, and eggplant Parmesan) to be served after an hour and a half of ordering?” He then replied “this is not a place for sarcasm” and that “I’m treating him as a slave” even though this was our first interaction. I was quite respectful even though I was rightfully frustrated. He told me “not to try him” as if he’s gonna start being physical which is wild considering the it’s the restaurants fault as my order wasn’t put into the system properly, and the food being over an hour late plus items missing. Moreover he said “I will not apologize” even though all I said was that it would be nice for our server (which was 4 different people, not a single consistent server) to just acknowledge that the food is late. The restaurant is a disaster. Manager is super rude and insecure. I feel bad for the staff because they probably get barked at by him. I’ve dined at Harry’s over 20 times maybe in the past two years and I’m never coming back. Removing the dishes from the bill and just charging for drinks to make it right is a cheap shot way of trying to make a customer satisfied, especially after mid-argument he said he wants to deduct dishes and I insisted that it’s not about the money. I hope the manager reads this and has an attitude check; a customer complaining about a very valid issue should not constitute him to immediately defensively reply “you need to have an attitude check before you speak to me” as if the restaurant he manages didn’t miss half my order and take an hour and a half to serve 2 dishes, 1 being a salad. Racist and disrespectful. Especially to gulf nationals. Will happily take my business elsewhere and warn everyone from this disastrous restaurant.

They were rude with us. They asked us to order quickly as we are late only for 5 mins. They delayed the food for 30 mins. They want to take the plates and we still didn’t finish eating.

Booked to eat outside as was hot day. It felt very claustrophobic as so covered in with low awning and too many tables. Not a breath of fresh air moving around. The chairs were not comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly. Ended up after 2 bottles of wine and a pot of deep fried zucchini straws with a pizza like dough smeared with nduja paste and oil which was pretty fiery, forgoing any more food and left.
