Food was not good at all the waffles are straight out the box rubbery. Lamb Chops were tough. I wouldn’t go back

Staff was nice , manager was nice took off the food that wasn’t good from the bill. Food was subpar, fried chicken undercooked, fried shrimp tasted spoiled. It’s unfortunate.

Food and drinks were good. But it took 30 mins to get our drinks and 70 mins to get our food! And for two (one of whom is vegetarian), the total bill was $140! Can’t believe too that they reported to Open Table that we did not show up for our reservation. I know they are new but this is totally disappointing.

beautiful venue that offered a lot of space, stage for live music, dj booth, excellent service and the food was really good. Bartender was friendly and on point. Awesome place to hangout and chill with friends, date night, happy hour, etc.

Reservations for 4 people @ 8 the air was barely working so it was extremely hot. Asked to change tables and that was done but then it time 15-20 before anyone came to our table. We ordered drinks it took another 10-15 before ordering our food. When drinks arrived the were weak. Now it’s 10:00 we still haven’t received our food we ordered. We left at 10:15 without eating. The worst experience ever

The music at Harlem Nights was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening, providing a great vibe that set the tone for what we hoped would be a fantastic dining experience. Unfortunately, that was the only aspect of our visit that met expectations. Our food took an excessive amount of time to arrive, and throughout the wait, no one took responsibility. Every staff member we spoke to tried to pass the blame to someone else, which only added to our frustration. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, almost as if our plates had been forgotten in the back. The mac and cheese was particularly disappointing—dry, with unmelted cheese due to the temperature. When we requested a different side, it came out piping hot, confirming that our original entrees had indeed been sitting out for far too long. A staff member tried to excuse the poor service by claiming it was due to us being seated in the bar area. However, with a reservation, we shouldn’t have been seated there without being asked if it was acceptable in the first place. Although the staff acknowledged the wait, their attempts to compensate were minimal and ineffective. They offered free shots, but even those took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. What truly added insult to injury was the mandatory 15% gratuity, regardless of party size. Given the subpar service and overall disappointing experience, this felt like an unfair charge. It left me feeling more than a little robbed. I hope Harlem Nights takes this feedback to heart. Addressing these issues—ensuring food is served hot and fresh, improving staff accountability and communication, and being more considerate with seating arrangements—could significantly enhance the customer experience.

Tried this place after seeing a instagram video about the grand opening so i decided to give it a try. I tried to factor in the opening but it was too many other things that dissatisfied me. I won’t say anything negative but I won’t be back. Too many other new and existing place with great food and entertainment that are available. Will not be back.

Order 2 drinks, 1 appetizers, 2 entrees and the only thing that came out hot was the fried chicken. Which was good, but unfortunately everything else was disappointing. The lamb chops were a very small portion, the drinks were not good, the Mac and cheese tasted old and the greens were way too salty. The sweet potato muffins were really good (good combination of flavor w/o it being too sweet). I really wanted to love this business. But after checking out I noticed the pop up to input a tip was not presented, when I asked the waiter about it, she stated there was a system error that doesn’t allow for it currently, so a cash tip was provided. After getting home, I looked at the email receipt and noticed the tip was included. Why wouldn’t the waiter just say that Va lying. Again, I really wanted to love this business, but after the food and the service/ customer experience, I will not be back.
