   I forgot our server’s name but we were there around 6:40-7:40 and she’s amazing! Very attentive and checking in on us. The service and food were quick and AWESOME! We tried the two Messi burger and they’re really good! I like the sauce in the chicken burger. Their appetizer Nacho’s are bomb too! We’ll definitely come back ♥️

   This was our first time at the Hard Rock Cafe in a very long time. If you are looking for a burger place, this is it. Despite having other items on the menu, it wasn't much of a variety and it's a bit pricey. 2 of us had the fajitas and two had the original burger. Although there are a lot of toppings for the chicken fajita, there isn't enough chicken to fill the 4 small tortillas that come with it. Our server was very friendly and attentive once she got to our table but it took at least 15 minutes from when we were seated to when she came and asked if we were ready to order. Yes it was busy, but not an excuse to at least get our drink order in. The food then took quite a while to come as well but it was nice and hot when it did arrive.

   Called in advance to confirm closing time, was told last reservation is at 9 so made a reservation through Open Table for 8:45. Arrived at 8:52, after looking for parking, to be told that the kitchen closes in 5 mins if we wanted to get a table and order quickly. Not a way we wanted to enjoy dinner during our first time/night in Niagara. We declined and left. Should not be able to make a reservation if the restaurant is not willing to allow you to enjoy dinner. Horrible experience…would definitely not recommend.

   Our waitress was extremely rude when I complained about the chicken tenders being raw at the end. She didn’t say sorry or anything very nice when I told her. She said they can’t be undercooked and as my daughter had eaten half of it we couldn’t be refunded. So Incredibly rude She then threatened me with the manager . The manager would decide she said and speak to me if she had time. I was disgusted by this service The prices are already inflated. I am expected to tip on top of this ? This was my first experience of Canada but not of Hard Rock Cafe The service in all of the others around the world has been impeccable .

   The location is super, our waitress was very kind. But de prices are high and you don't get much food. The burger was good, but the only you get is a burger and a little bit of fries

    Very accommodating. We booked for 5pm but needed to reschedule for 6pm. They accommodated no problem. Also, brought the little kids food out before the adults. Great server. Just a little loud though.
